DON'T us because of terrible refund rules!
There policy for refunds requires you to tell them about a damaged or not working product with 3 business days. I bought a faucet and couldn't even get a plumber out over the holidays for almost three weeks. Then the faucet worked for a total of 6 weeks. But they won't budge. NO refunds, NO credits. They claim in really condescending emails, that they sent a "perfect" product. Really? How would one know that when the faucet was uninstalled in a box, and two plumbers tell me that the leak is way up high, in the collar piece that was a manufacturer issue? I used them through HOUZZ and neither will stand behind the product.
