I have and will continue to recommend Afforsbale Supliments to anyone and everyone looking to buy suppliments. Shocking customer service
Shocking service was received on my order. Paid for recorded 3-4 days delivery, ended up with my products 8 days later. This only happen due to me having to make contact with affordable supplements. Otherwise I feel I would never have received them at all!
The service I received when contacting you was absolutey shocking. Then when I received the products they had damage to them. The reply I got was 'it's cosmetic, and it's not our fault'.
Will not be using affordable supplements ever again.
Serious enquiries need to be made into your customer service department if you do not want to lose other customers as well.
Olympus health are much better, with 100% better customer service. When I had a damage product, they replied within 10 minutes and had a replacement sent in the post free of charge.

Brilliant service and excellent products
I have used Affordable Supplements for the past 5+ years, ordering a variety of products for myself and my partner. Rapid delivery, someone always ready to answer any questions/queries
There was a supply and demand problem with my order as one of the flavours of protein shake I ordered was out of stock. Within an hour I had been contacted, we had resolved the issue and my delivery was sent out on the same day. Can't ask for much more!!!

Affordable supplements order
I have used affordable supplements amongst other companies for the past 2-3 years. Usually when I order anything from them it arrives in 2-3 days.. 4 at the most & I've found them to be reliable. However when I put in my most recent order it took 9 days for the products to arrive & there was no explanation as to what the delay was & I had to chase up the order by e mail before it finally arrived. In the meantime I had ran out of supplements & had to take an unscheduled break in my cycle which left my frustrated & disappointed. However I am pleased to say that the customer services manager has since been in contact with me & offered an apology & given me £5 of loyalty points on my account. This has gone some way to restore my faith in this company.

Ordered stuff, money come out of bank then received email 2-3 days later saying it's out of stock.
Finally got the stuff I asked for the 2nd time but still got sent a large vest when I ordered a medium one.
