Affordable faucets customer service has little knowledge or connection to shipping. They said an item would take weeks to get and within a week an unknown package showed up. Had a completely wrong part in it and affordable faucets name was not on it. 4 days later I get an email that the item had shipped so they have no idea on shipping. Then I figured out the wrong item in the box was from them. Sent it back. Correct part arrived before they said it would ship again. They asked if I still needed help when I already had the part. Emails are in partial English. I did get the correct item eventually but I recommend another company that knows when they are shipping. I don't like surprise packages.

I ordered a part for my toilet, but ended up not needing the part. I called the next day to see if I could cancel the order. They cancelled the order and refunded my money within 2 days. I appreciate the effort they put in, even though I didn't buy anything from them.

Got decent product there but when it didnt work we had to pay over $80 for a re-stocking fee. Not like going to Amazon, Lowe's, or Home Depot. Shop at your own risk.

By far a positive experience. I ordered several items and realized I made a mistake with a few. Communication was superb from when I placed the order til the end. Customer service was polite and professional throughout. I will use AffordableFaucets for all my faucet needs going forward. You are a rare in this world of today. Keep up the great work.

I purchased a Kohler faucet handle, the color they sent me didn't match. I had to go out of town for a business trip and couldn't return the faucet handle on a timely manner. When I returned from my business trip, I immediately returned the unused faucet handle. Affordable Faucet accused me of returning a used faucet handle with water all over the handle and hard water deposit. These people are thieves and will not refund my money. If I were you, I would be extra careful when ordering from Affordable Faucet because if you have to return it, they will accuse you of returning a used item and will not refund your money. I'm planning on reporting this company.

I had to purchase a few items and was able to confirm stock online. I really liked how I knew what was going on with my order from when it was placed to delivery. Great Job. I will absolutely use them again for future needs.

By far one of the best online experiences I have ever dealt with. From order to delivery, I knew what was the status of my order. Prior placing my order, I had a few questions and the customer rep was extremely professional and addressed all my questions.

This is my first use of affordablefaucets.com. Their pricing was very competitive (the best of online retailers, actually). Customer service included a mix of email responses and telephone calls, and they responded promptly and pleasantly to my requests. The product (a bath/shower combo) arrived well packaged, and quickly via FedEx ground.

We ordered shower controllers, lavatory faucets and kitchen faucet from affordablefaucets.com. Their customer service representative was polite and helpful. They sent email communication to confirm the order, shipment details and delivery confirmation. Fixtures were packaged well. In my case, shipment was made same day order was placed and arrived two days later.

Based upon my experience, I have no reservations recommending affordablefaucets.com.

This is an on line merchant selling faucets of all kinds. We ordered over $800.00 worth of product and it was delivered by UPS in three days with free shipping. One of the faucets was shipped with a part missing. I called their hot line and a complete new faucet was shipped and recieved in three days. They also arranged a UPS pick up for the original faucet all with out charge.

This is the way an online store should operate. I am very pleased with their service.
