Clients do not receive meals on optional tour days because most of the group typically opts for the tour, allowing us to provide meals for the group together. If a client decides not to join the optional tour, it becomes difficult to arrange meals as clients may have different plans. This was mentioned in the itinerary, and we hope your consultant conveyed this to you as well.

We recently booked a Georgia tour with AFC Holidays after enquiring with several other tour operators and the experience was excellent.
They are very professional, decently priced, and moreover the tour was very well organized from the enquiry stage till drop off at airport after the tour.
Starting from the tour details Mr. Inayat & Ms. Heena provided us with all required information, they are very knowledgeable and were patient enough to answer all our queries.
Our guide Mr. Dachi was truly outstanding.
The hotel rooms, breakfast, transportation all were of top quality.
The only concern is regarding the cancellation of our optional tour due to bad weather, As discussed with our client service advisor, we are expecting an update from AFC Holidays for the same soon.
Overall, we highly recommend and will be joining for more tours with AFC Holidays.

We were on AFC holidays trip SGP301124 to Switzerland, Germany and Paris from 30/11/24 to 7/12/24. The trip was fantastic. Our Tour Manager Mr. Sushant was very supportive and with his guidance we were able to cover all the places and attractions as per the itinerary.
Right from the first call to Ms. Aswathi, our Team Leader, the entire AFC TEAM were very supportive and addressed all our queries timely and I will strongly recommend AFC holidays to my friends and relatives, for all their travel needs.

Service was good but....
My friends and I were part of the group that traveled to Georgia on the 30th of November 2024, and we had booked the optional tour (Kazbegi & Gergeti) scheduled for 2nd December 2024 as per AFC representative's advice.
While our overall experience was pleasant, with everything going as planned, there was an unfortunate situation where the Kazbegi & Gergeti optional tour was cancelled at the last moment. The tour guide informed us on the bus that the payment of AED 199 per person for this optional tour would be reimbursed.
We have already sent an email to AFC office with these details after returning from the trip. However, we have not yet received any acknowledgment or reply regarding the reimbursement.

We understand that your 3-star rating is due to the refund you were expecting for the optional tour. We completely understand your disappointment, as you were likely looking forward to the Kazbegi visit.
As mentioned, due to unforeseen weather conditions, the Kazbegi & Gergeti optional tour was canceled at the last moment. However, to ensure our clients still had a chance to experience snow, we took everyone to the Gudauri area, which offered a similar snow experience. This was the alternative tour we provided in place of Kazbegi.
Regarding the refund, the AFC team would have been the first to inform you if a refund were possible. In this case, we offered an alternative option for clients to experience the snow.
