Ordered R3ta last week, today I’m here to leave a review that this is the best product I’ve tried on the market.Been ordering from a German website that’s more expensive and this is 10x better.

I've ordered reta and unfortunately so…
I've ordered reta and unfortunately so far it seems not to be working at all. Comparing to previous sources the one from AestheticLabs clearly is much less effective.
EDIT: additionally what's sad is that instead of owning to it AestheticLabs tries to lie that I didn't do any order while I confirmed that I'm a real customer.

I bought it once and the product arrived defective, with a cloudy color, and I had to throw it away. They agreed to send me another one, but it never arrived. I do not recommend them!

I wasn’t provided a tracking number…
I wasn’t provided a tracking number upon confirmation of the package being on the way. Requested information by email 4 days ago, and they didn’t answer. The 9 days have passed and no sign of package, tracking number nor even an answer from them. Hopefully it’s on the way and will arrive soon, but so far, the experience is negative. UPDATE - the package still hasn’t arrived. (03.05)

Dear Noemia, we are not perfect and we continuously work to improve our service.
Today marks the seventh business day since your order was processed. Delivery timelines are calculated in business days, and your package is still within the expected window.
Regarding your email, it appears it was sent during a period when our website was undergoing maintenance, which unfortunately affected message reception. For faster and more reliable assistance, the most effective way to reach our customer support team is via WhatsApp or the live chat on our website.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and your order should arrive shortly.
