Since Fs9 or Fsx i am familiar with Aerosoft,
Wich i believe is a true good company ,
They are open about their upcomming software and update’s to be expected , price’s are good.. for me a 5 star company.. keep it up.

Very , VERY poor customer service with delays with UPS deliveries into the UK , NOT keeping customers up to date after monies have been paid in line with there invoicing , UPS extorting additional carriage charges not noted anywhere in Aerosoft advertisements before purchase

It was good from the way the product was presented on the shop side, the information given, the price. Also the order purchase was straight forward. Delivery time was outstanding with only one day. I wonder how you did that.

Issuefree buying all the software I want for my MSFS2020

First of all, the ship and delivering was very good, fast, alwaays track my pack. The service was good packaging, was good also. And the products are nice, most important piece of the history, I have many pieces of the history of Flight Simulators, but this is a very good souvenir

I purchased fly sim add-on for FSX. It doesn't work. I contacted them and no support to this date. I tried a refund and they declined. So I was basically conned.

Delivered what I had ordered very efficiently

Beware!!! Pre-ordered MSFS 2024 Collectors Pack and waited patiently (including the “out of our control” delay) finally had delivery today by UPS but only after coughing up £58.87 shipping and import fees. Checked back against the purchase ad and although it does state “+ shipping” the examples given are all 11 - 14 Eu so don’t understand the outrageous increase. No response from Customer Services as expected.

Pre ordered MSFS 24 collectors edition with the promise it would be dispatched on release day. First of who dispatched on release day, you dispatch just before for delivery on release day.

A week before release day we receive an email stating the procedure will now arrive around two weeks later. I sit and out up with this, watching the poor communication, but mistakes happen. A further two weeks later another email arrived now saying sometime in the new year, but no guaranteed date....

I finally make contact to cancel my order and receive a message back stating I should receive a message in 48 hours. Nine days later I finally receive contact stating the refund has been made, but due to losses in currency conversion I am now down £15.

Avoid the company. By standard software direct from MS and don not try to support developers!

Dishonest business practices, whether intentional or not. They cannot ship worldwide releases on time. I am very dissatisfied with this company. In the past I have ordered from them, with similar results. 10 days with no tracking info, no indication when I may receive the product I paid for, MSFS2024 Collector's Edition. Steer clear of this company; they apparently don't know what they are doing.

The game or the addon they makes is very effortless is cheap but i selling it at the high price of aaa game same with the addons when you see aerosoft RUN !!

I have successfully reported malicious/pirated versions of one of their games to them and have received nothing in return, even though they state on their Steam game pages that they will provide compensation.

Aerosofts new 'One' application is not user friendly. As a result I bought an airport for another simulator. Unfortunately no refunds allowed, wasted my money. Last time I will be buying add-ons from Aerosoft.

I bought the Carenado PA44 awhile back. I have tried installing several times through the Aerosoft installer, and keep getting a symlink error. I looked through the FAQ's and the company seems to be blaming Microsoft's Defender for causing the issue. I turned everything off, it's still not working. They will not issue refund. To be clear, I have spent thousands on MSFS and third party products, am running a brand new RTX gaming rig, and never had this issue before, ergo the installer is the issue. Goodbye Aerosoft.

Got my order within a few days across europe. Cancel another order, got a reply a few hours after, and they sent the money immediately.

Will order again.
