Don’t bother
Called on Friday to enquire about their services, they offered an appointment from 12-3 on Saturday and didn’t show up. I called and was told the engineer was running late but would be at mine around 4:30. 5pm no call or engineer. Will never book with them again.

Fabulous service
Absolutely fantastic from begining to end. I called after an issue with another provider and i had an appointment with Steve the next day. Steve was outstanding and made the whole process simple. I will be requiring more services in the future and will not use any other company. Thoroughly recommend!

Went to a gullible friend's house and drilled
through the wall, then fitted a £15 booster.
Charged nearly £200 !
Boosters, or amplifiers are not required, but
he never even checked the aerial on the roof.
Always use a recommended trader.

really rude and unhealpful staff, they gave me a rough price on the phone £40 when they turned up £500 pounds PLUS vat, when i said i would get a second opinion, they became rude and agressive , saying they had wasted a lot of time to come out to me, avoid this company like the black death dreadful

730% markup on cheap parts
Pros: Easy to arrange, came on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem quickly.
Cons: It took the engineer 2 minutes to identify the problem, fit an Antiference PSF12F Power Supply (Available from CPC for £9.37 Inc. VAT) and then charge £78 for the item.
Total cost was £108 for 10 minutes work and a £10 part.
I have tried to call to discuss the price, just got redirected to the same engineer and he basically talked over me to tell me they're charging for a 1 year guarantee (only on the cheap part they fitted, nothing else), which I did not ask for, and would not have opted for if I had been given a choice. Was not open to discussing price, and would not explain why the receipt did not list a full itemised breakdown of the price.
Their site has no terms and conditions, no guarantee policy, no information for refunds or replacements.
Would not recommend.
