I was unable to change my address on the O2 website so decided to try the WhatsApp option with Aerial Direct. Millie sorted it out in no time and upgraded my account security at the same time. I have been with Aerial Direct for many years and always find them quick to respond to any queries. All good. Recommended.

If anyone wants to up date there package or contract your webs site isn’t very user friendly.
I found it very difficult to find a contact number so I could get more data.
This should be very simple I should be able to log on to my account select update/upgrade look at all the options on offer with pricing select which one I prefer add to basket checkout.
