Reading slides Asynchronous teaching

Reading slides Asynchronous teaching. It was disappointing, not only that it's expensive but some teachers are reading their slides. Only 2 teachers that I liked were responsive, the rest of them were reading their slides. One of the teachers with PHD was one of the worst, he recorded his videos, and left it there for students. On Udemy you have a guaranteed response within 24-48 hours. I don't understand what is bachelor degree, engineering degree, or PHD has to do with teaching, if they cannot even teach. Worst experience! I feel sorry for all those students, international students investing thousands of dollars. Please do not choose this Polytechnique.
All the communication is done by email, once they grabbed your cash, you are done, even if they made a mistake, you will have to wait at least 2 months for a refund. So, shameless staff, client service is almost Zero! You can never get anyone to talk on the phone, they make on average $3000 on Canadian students, ~$1500 on Quebec students, and about ~$10,000 on international students. Client service is absolutely the WORST! Please do NOT every enroll in this Polytechnique / University of Montreal.
