Professional team!very fast shipping to Russia and Ukraine

I would like to apologize to the Happy Parcel / AEC team for getting upset at first before fully understanding how the tracking system works. That frustration was on me.

In the end, the team proved to be very professional. They explained everything clearly and patiently, stayed in touch, and handled their work efficiently and properly. All parcels were delivered without any issues and right on time.

Thank you for your patience, professionalism, and reliable service.

Not releasing my packages

I paid for shipment handling on December 21st.
Since then, I was repeatedly promised dispatch on specific dates, which never happened.

Instead of shipping the packages, I keep receiving excuses about GLS, internal workflow issues, and statements like “we don’t guarantee which packages the courier will take”.
As a customer, this is not my responsibility. I paid for a service that has not been delivered.

At this point, the problem is not GLS, but poor internal process management and broken commitments.
No clear solution, no concrete dispatch date, just delays.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects reliability and accountability.

I strongly do not recommend this…

I strongly do not recommend this company to people who plan to ship parcels from the USA to Europe. A parcel worth $250 has been stored at their facility in Europe for a month already. They stopped it, opened it, and now demand that we pay customs fees. We do not object to paying them — I filled out all the documents and sent all the required information — but there is an employee named Vladislav who has been blocking the process for two weeks.

First, he claimed that the tracking number was incorrect, even though I copied it directly from the email we received. Then he said that we sent him only one screenshot as proof of the item prices, but I sent documentation for every item, and all of this is clearly visible in my sent emails.

I want to emphasize that the company itself may not be bad overall, but you have an employee who is completely incompetent, inattentive, and does not see or review the documents sent to him. He is deliberately slowing down the process, knowing that after a month the parcel can be liquidated. On top of that, he doubled the declared value of the parcel without any justification. When I asked him to explain where the amount of $500 came from when the parcel value is $250, he simply ignored the question and said that either we pay $500 or they will liquidate the parcel.

To everyone who is considering working with this company, think twice whether you want to ship your parcel calmly before the New Year, or deal with unprofessional people who only think about how to make more money.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Don’t use this company. My package started sept,still not delivered. They push me to PayPal. Pay pal is not legal official bank account . They refused from official detail to provide me. Blackmailed. They didn’t give info while I didn't pay for it. All email was ignored, they make a game with sender and recipient My package is currently 1.5 kg less like I gave up at FedEx. Everybody who has an issue , go to the FTC for a claim. This company is not trusty , looks like a “maffia “ . They need be to finish the bussiness

If I can give 0 stars to that AEC…

If I can give 0 stars to that AEC company I would ! Iv send package from OC California to Poland and not only the package which arrived in 10 !! weeks the package arrived damage and stuff missing . I send picture of the package and receipt of missing things and my claim was rejected .. I advice to all DONT USE that AEC parcel if you don’t want your stuff to be stolen from your packages . They hire criminals who will steal your stuff !! They are Terrible !!

It's a scam

I made and sent a simple assistive device for a paralyzed friend to Hungary. A $68 valued compressor from Amazon(Amazon actually donated $250 for helping me with this humane project) made a big deal for them and wanted to charge me a $30 process fee plus the "tariff". Anyway, I'm not paying the ransom since it's just not looking good and have bad feelings about the way this company operates. Yes, I did pay $300 for the shipping and the package most likely going to be destroyed and never will arrive to where is should. It's a shame and be careful trusting this company and the "brothers" in Poland.

LOST 2 out of 3 HUGE packages

I am upset to inform 2 of 3 packages shipped in March to Italy went “lost”!
Lost how? Huge packages! No security cameras? No supervisors? Waited from march to june to land to Poland and from june to august to be told “sorry, here is uour $100 insurance coverage”. Switched responsibilities between AEC and couriers they chose, how can you tell me they don’t feel responsible for it?
They believe that by submitting a claim and get few box off the deal/ordeal we as customers simply disappear? Instead of belonging packed with care for our loved one away from us are being stolen ooops sorry politically correct lost, in plain sight!!!!! Unfortunately the description of transparency and integrity provided by the website isn’t reflecting in my case. Highly disappointed and I lost the trust, left bitter and without answers.

AEC is not a company to trust

AEC is not a company to trust. I sent 2 packages to Romania, and one arrived in 2 months, and the other one was "stopped at customs." This is what they told me. I was going back and forth with this company to find out what I should do to have my package released. They asked me to provide ID for the person who is supposed to receive the package, receipts, and many more. The package was moved from a warehouse in Poland to the warehouse in RO. How this package was STOPPED by Customs when the package was moved from one warehouse to another. I was asked to declare what was in the package and how much it cost. I declared a value of the package, and CUSTOMS asked me to pay a huge amount for the tax and shipping, etc. I made the payment because I did not have other option in order to have my package released. I do not believe the customs was asking me to pay because the payment was directed to AEC PayPal. I do not trust this company, and I will not send packages anymore. People are not helpful and do not return calls or messages.

An AEC van pulled up behind my house this morning where a car was waiting. The two drivers talked and went thru the delivery van picking out packages and tossing them into a box the the car driver carried to his car. They are distributing drugs or stealing select packages. I make the accusation after speaking with National, San Jose and Sacramento branches this morning. Upper management knows about these secret drops and National is a poor liar.

Lost package

My 80 pound package was supposed to be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. It took 10 weeks to arrive to Europe, and it was lost after it was released from the port. AEC refuses to take accountability. I will never ship packages with them again. Their prices are not proportional to the long wait times, and their incompetence is off the charts.

BOX never delivered

I send the box from Florida to Moscow with Cristmas gifts and expensive supliments to mom after heart attack.. She never received my box. They stop in Germany and never informed me.. I CALLED several times to Ship Point and Shipping company also and they PROMISED to text or call me back with information
.but never did. Everything dissappear.

After they take a fortune for delivery…

After they take a fortune for delivery they put the wrong address on the parcels and you as a receiver cant ammend that , and they dont even answer to the messages , plus the delivery time is not from 12 to 21 days is more than a month time if you pay for express delivery ,I mean at least they can be honest and tell you that the parcels will not arrive by express delivery but in a month time the best case scenario! And the wrong label address they are not paying attention where they send the parcels but to rip you off your money !!! They dont care where they send the parcels as long as they take your money , and is a parcel is not arriving in time or lost they dont even compensate !!! Dont you ever use them if you are looking for a professional shipping company!!!

Garbage experience

After discussing via Email with one of their empolyees, I was told that I can ship a parcel from USA to Romania (I gave them exact information about package size and everything and they confirmed me twice that I can have it shipped).
Once I arrived to the drop off - they refused to take my package because it was too big. Wasted 30mins drive to their drop-off. Garbage experience
