Excellet higienist
Prior to visiting the Windsor Centre for Advanced Dentistry, I consulted the review platform uk.trustpilot.com to assess its reputation. Among the six available ratings, if I am not confuse with other centre, I noted a predominance of negative one-star reviews, which accounted for 66% of the total. The overall score was a modest *2.7*, categorized as “Poor.”
To better understand the sentiment behind these evaluations, I chose to read the reviews in descending order of rating: first the negative, then the mid-range (17%), and finally the positive (17%). I will refrain from commenting on the specific arguments presented. However, I found the sole five-star review to be so effusively complimentary that it struck me as lacking objectivity—almost promotional in tone.
Despite these reservations, I proceeded with my appointment—and I must say, my experience was distinctly positive.
The facility itself is housed in a well-maintained property, with courteous reception staff and an impeccably clean waiting area. The space is comfortably furnished and adorned with plaques and recognitions awarded to the centre’s director by various universities, academies, and professional guilds.
I had booked a hygienist appointment online, specifically for a dental cleaning. One aspect I found less agreeable was the requirement to pay the full fee (£160) in advance. Nonetheless, given my interest, I proceeded with payment via credit card. For context, private hygienists in the United States typically charge between $150 and $200 for similar procedures, so the pricing did not seem unreasonable.
At the exact scheduled time, I was received by Attila Berta, the hygienist assigned to my case. He led me to a spacious, immaculate treatment room—well-lit and equipped with modern instruments. His conduct, both personal and professional, was exemplary: attentive to detail, considerate throughout the procedure, and communicative enough to keep the patient informed without overwhelming.
In light of this experience, I can now affirm that the five-star review I initially doubted was, in my opinion, accurate and justified.
