Delivery couldn't handle my correct address, but service was decent. If I sent an e-mail to correct it - it would be polite to answer, that you've receved it and it's fixed.

The order arrived in perfect condition and in reasonable time after the order was placed. The problem was that the 4 tires I ordered came in two separate packages, two days apart. But each time I did not recive any notification of the delivery date and expected time from the delivery company, not via email or sms. I checked the link provided with my order but there I could only see a single sentence saying that the tires are under delivery. I don’t know who’s in fault, but next time I would like to know in advance which day and time my order will arrive.

Price and speed of delivery were excellent, however the four tires have been dropped off at a pick up point by DPD. This pick-up point is in a mall without easy access (walk up two floors to a Nature Products shop, take two tires at a time by hand and walk downstairs to my car, through the crowd). If I knew the tires had not been delivered to my address I would have not purchased from your shop. Because of this unpleasant experience I will not be an advocate for your business.

Bad experience with purchasing tires. I was sent tires that are almost 2 years old, without any clear notice at the time of purchase, which I find unacceptable.

When I requested a replacement for the same tires with a newer DOT, I was told that this is not possible. As an alternative, they suggest canceling the purchase, but charge a return fee of €30 per tire — in my case, a total of €120 for all four tires.

I find this approach to customers unprofessional and unfair. After this experience, I will not be buying from them again.

I would suggest that the sender company would put my phone number on the package so the receiving company would call the customer. I received the tracking number in spam and it took a lot of time to receive the product. And some tyres with rims take a lot of space in the depot of receving company.
