Brilliant CCTV
George has been absolutely amazing, so friendly and professional, was a pleasure and didn't feel like having work done.
The installation has been so quick, no noise issues and completely clean, can't tell anything been done.
Highly recommend, in fact I wouldn't recommend anybody else.
The gathering information process was also brilliant, and Kelsie was so friendly with nothing too much trouble.

Poor service delivery
Poor service delivery. The products are of poor quality. I’ve been paying for a camera that failed to detect and my car was stolen and the door bell has many hardware issues and had never worked properly and then just decided to not work at all. ADT have failed to acknowledge my complaint and when i moved house they have demanded up front payments to settle the account and pay £850 or £450 for a new contract and installation. Very poor service and very aggressive sales tactics that are designed to trap you even if the service is you received is poor! No fault to the installation team though they were great! Sales team however and the complaints procedure and customer service is extremely poor! What makes a good business is how they deal with complaints and these I’m afraid are one of the worst out there! Without question

System not updated after my husband’s death had already been notified.
I called to sort an alarm signal. I had previously notified the death of my husband but this had not yet been updated to change contact details to mine. Clearly this has yet to be done as this review message is also to his phone. I do not have time to spend calling again. I tried to edit him from the app but could not do so. The content of the call made it clear all his PINs etc would remain those to be used. The operator on the call was helpful- it is your systems which are not.
