Poor follow-up on returns and refunds

Poor follow-up on returns and refunds

You have issued the same reply for the past week.
Now unacceptable

I will now take the following legal action:

1) complaint to NYS attorney General consumer fraud in Binghamton NY
2) complaint to NYS department of financial services for non refund of my credit card
3) contacting synchrony bank notifying them of your negligence and proof of documentation
4) leaving negative reviews all over the web.

I am done. And so is any future business with you after 20 years.
