I was treated very unfairly by my supervisor, who was very racist and biased towards women and another supervisor work there is dating one of the employees and showing favoritism. I would not recommend anyone to work for ADI global imports.

Had ADI account for nearly 40 years, originally Ademco Distribution in Millville, NY, through mergers with Pittway. Purchased from locations in Doraville, GA, Austelle, GA, Orlando FL, etc. but ADI closed my account without my knowledge. Requested restoration and assistance from local manager Lee in Doraville, GA but nobody in this terrible firm never responded. As many other distributors can fulfill your security needs,
I suggest avoiding ADI like the plague.
IMO Resideo/ Honeywell should find a better way to distribute the products than by taking over ADI.

I have had so many bad experiences with customer service through the online chat directing me to call my branch only for my branch to tell me there is nothing they can do to help me and everybody is just so god damn rude. I never want to do business with ADI ever again. Now, i've been charged almost $400 for an order that i cancelled multiple times through the chat and then also cancelled on the phone with my branch WEEKS ago...it is just ridiculous. everyone says one thing and does another. it is so ridiculous.

They really mean Global Distribution. An elitist club meant for big accounts, they dont care that grandma can't get up to open her door they only want to sell volume. Little guy be gone only massive quantities sold here and you can do what you want after that is their motto. Go to Amazon, Bezos doesn't have shipping costs most of the time anyway.
