At least you can chat to them. But completely horrndous customer experience. I would not recommend them. They show a discount code, and won't honour it, because they say it's expired, yet I saw the co... See more

It's worthy brand value for money
I have purchased shoes here and there just what I was looking for the quality was good for the money I paid its considered as value for money the every penny i put on those shoes was worth it I'm glad I choose Adidas as my partner in shoes
Worst CS possible
Sadly I have to give 1s should be negative stars rating. Delivery to a collection point not done despite receiving email notification from both Royal mail and adidas. Tried to raised the issue on the same day only to be told to wait 24hrs. 48hrs after I received a new notification saying again that the delivery had been done! By then I had re ordered the same item for home delivery this time.
I contacted CS on both platform to no help. Both are saying that I need to collect the item and that they are very sorry for the delay. No effort to rectify the mistake or re imburse the bag since I re purchase it. I now need to wait for the bag to get back to the warehouse before a re imbursement is being proceed.
I would have expected from Adidas something in the line of...
We are very sorry that our courier missed the delivery date and we totally understand that now it isn;t convenient anymore to collect from a collection point, we are therefore sending you a new parcel to your home address and we will provide you with a discount or voucher as a compensation for this inconvenience.
That would have the minimum expected from a descent and conscious company.
Adidas you do need to acknowledge when you are in fault rather than pretending there is nothing you can. This is absolutely disrespectful for your customer and therefore I will now stop using Adidas all together.

i have been using the running shoes for a while now i must say its comfortable during quick runs and walk. i like the structured soles for widefooted like me. in terms of delivery, it took a week to deliver which is not i expect. but overall experience is good.
Misleading voucher
Haven't had any issues with Adidas items and shipping is always fast.
I exchanged points for a voucher. Nowhere did it say that there was a purchase limit when using the voucher and nor did it say anywhere that you could only use the voucher on select items.
Got in touch with customer service and was sent a series of random spiel - most of it didn't make sense and was obviously generic replies.
Customer service agent said I should have been sent an email explaining the terms and conditions - I wasn't.
Told them it was very misleading and they hadn't provided their customers with the correct information.

Poor Quality & Worse Customer Service
I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes for my son less than 4 weeks ago, and the Velcro closure has already completely ripped off the shoe.
The entire Velcro strap that secures the top of the shoe detached from the side stitching. It didn’t just loosen — it fully separated from the material, leaving the shoe unable to close or fasten at all. Because of this, the shoe cannot be worn properly. This is clearly a defect in how the strap was attached, especially considering the shoes are barely a month old and worn by a child for normal daily use.
I contacted Adidas customer service expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told they will only send a replacement after I return the defective pair. I explained that these are my son’s only shoes and it’s the middle of winter — he has nothing else to wear in the meantime. The representative showed zero flexibility or understanding and insisted that I must return the shoes first, regardless of the circumstances.
For a company like Adidas, this level of product durability and customer service is extremely disappointing.
Poor quality. Rigid, heartless policy. Very disappointing experience.

Truly horrendous customer service
Truly horrendous customer service. I ordered shoes in Black Friday sales. Initially they had to cancel part of my order as the shoes were not in stock in spite of having being sold to me. Then once I recieved and returned my order and they accepted it they have not refunded my money. I've called 8 times, emailed a dozen, whatsapped, filled in the same form 5 times and still am just told to 'have some patience'. Actual robbery.
Terribleeee
Chen sole design failure.
The serrated ridge sole design on Clot Edison Chen is great for reducing shock, but the design fails due to the inner narrow, sole-shaped slit cutout that accumulates debris. This requires a significant debris removal task after every outdoor walking experience. You need tweezers or needle-nose jewelry pliers to remove debris from the sole-shaped slit. Adidas ruined a great sole design with debris accumulating slit.

this website is a scam. i order a gift card 5 days ago and it still has not been filled: Order AD954026749
Wish I had seen these reviews first
Wish I had seen these reviews first! Ordered a pair of running leggings in black. The packer must have been colour blind as light brown arrived even with the sticker saying black on them. It wasn't the fact that I had to return them but the insult on providing me with a £4 voucher in a goodwill gesture now the item had sold out- but wouldn't refund the delivery cost even though it was their fault. So I'm out of pocket for the delivery cost and have to wait another 2/3 weeks for my money to be returned... a voucher for £4! How insulting. Never ordering from adidas again
Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, didn't get reply even in 3 weeks
Very bad service
I ordered a pair of trainers and was told in the confirmation email that they’d be delivered within two days. It’s been over a week now and I still haven’t received them. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but I keep getting different answers. One person said they’d arrive by a certain date (which has already passed), while another said they haven’t even been dispatched yet. It’s really frustrating because no one seems to know what’s actually happening with my order.

I purchased on Amazon the adidas WOMENS ADIZERO EVO SL in the color baby blue/silver stripe. W O W!
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT QUALITY very light weight sport shoe. So COOL AND Stylish...NOTHING IS LIKE ADIDAS!
Extremely Poor Customer Service – Order Never Delivered
I placed an order (AUK97114382) on 22/05/2025 for £97.50, which was never delivered. Royal Mail confirmed that the parcel was scanned as delivered to the Post Office, but it was never collected by me or anyone in my household. Visiting the Post Office confirmed it was not there.
Despite repeated emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls over eight months, Adidas has failed to resolve the issue or provide a refund. My case was even wrongly closed, and today I was hung up on twice when trying to speak with customer service.
I have been left with no choice but to pursue legal action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as Adidas is refusing to accept responsibility for a parcel that was never delivered to me.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend purchasing from Adidas until their customer service improves.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, order APT91219621 is delayed 2 weeks, contact support and got some AI agent pretending to be a human but saying the same answers over and over again... ask me to contact a week later cause it says the order is in warehouse and some excuse.... later as asked i contact after the due date and again exact same answers and ask to contact a week later... this is just unacceptable for such a company... it's going really down the road and had much better experience with other brands so never going to order again for sureSee less
