Unable to cancel a subscription. I have been emailing them for three months now with no reply. The only alternative is to ring them, which isn't great when you are in a different country to them.

I cancelled as they have switched to mainly proclaiming alternative therapies as cures, which have no scientific backing nor proof.

They ignored all my emails (over 8 of them) and still tried to charge me. Fortunately, I had arranged for the bank to block their charge requests but beware if subscribing - it's feels like a scam now.

I have a paper subscription but I haven't received the last 4 (four!!) issues. I understand, I live in Europe (Northern Italy) but on the site they say they ship internationally. After receiving the first 2 issues I received an email in which ADDitude warned me that they had had problems with international shipping and to communicate my address again (apparently they had lost it!). After communicating it, I have not received anything. I contacted support several times but they only suggested me to switch to the digital version (which costs less than half of what I paid!!). Avoid them! Disorganized AND Dishonest organization!
