Horrible custermerservice. Received a non functional adapter. Tried to return, they made me go over a thousands steps, checking in, making a video for them to see. Once done all the steps, they started the conversation over again, with the same attempt they recommend me do to do in the beginning. Treating my request as if it were the first time contacting them.

I have asked them for a invoice 4 times, they keep ignoring my request, and is instead asking if the items were send, sending me youtubelinks again to show how I can fix the adapter.

I don't belive I am talking to a real customer support agent. This seems more like a chatbot.

It almost seems like they are trying to sound confused about the problem, to make the customer give up on its request at the end.

Never buy anything from them!

It’s focking scam!!!! I ordered wrong adapter and I just wanted to changed or give them back. They said that I need to send it to china for my money? WaTaF??? But okay, I’ve done it! And guess what? Nothing! Oh, yeah, they sent couple of massages about “yeah yeah man we will back your money just chill”. Where is my 50 euros???

I have ordered an original HP battery for my HP Elitebook. It took more then 6 weeks to receive but finally it came. If the delivery time would be within 2 weeks, I would give a 5 star.

My goods (adapter) have supposedly been on their way for weeks.
When I ask when I will receive them, I am always told that we will check tomorrow. I only hear excuses. For me, a big scam.
