I couldn’t place the order online. I asked them to give me a call so they did. Excellent customer service. I paid over the phone lovely lady helped about the size, placed an ordered over the phone. It took couple of days, this is the third time I bought from them. What a lovely people excellent service, good product. I have tried many knee support. This is the best one. It support my knee very well, It keeps my knee warm in the winter and doesn’t slip just the best ever. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. You really know how to look after you customer.

I purchased an XXL knee support and the first time I wore it, it folded over and put pressure on the back of my knee, no matter how many times I pulled it back up it just rolled down again, completely useless. Also note that the company is based on the Isle of Man and choose not to apply UK wide distance selling regulations.

I have been using Active650 knee supports for a number of years now as i have osteoartheristis, i have had quite a few over the years as the knee support are truely brilliant .
The material is easily washable, and keeps it's shape and does stay in place once on to support the knee.
This time i also ordered a thigh support, "what can i say, it's brilliant"
and Karen who i spoke to was very helpful. I have recommended this product to many friends and families, including my friend who is a doctor's receptionist.

The best I have tried by a mile been using them for 5 years without wearing I am in big trouble. I broke my patella and I have to say really works

I'm a repeat customer and can not recommend highly enough. I bought knee supports in 2017 to help with Osgood Schlatters disease and they are still going strong now. I placed an order for the X ankle supports at 1:10am on Monday 27th July. My order was despatched at 13:30pm on the same day and they arrived today in the post. I've had them on and the pain in my heels caused by suspected plantar fasciitis has disappeared. I continue to wear my knee supports whenever my knees feel a twinge and have done for 3 years. I'll continue to do the same with X ankle supports. Excellent service and brilliant products that really work.

I bought the extra large knee support as my knees are swollen, unfortunately they crease in the back of knee and roll down making them so uncomfortable I take them off. If you have larger legs or knees I wouldn't buy them. Normal legs they would probably be great as they do support just not for me.

Have been using the ankle support for about 2 years. My now late husband found them for me and they do really work. I even wash them think I have had about 7 so far.

Best knee support I have ever tried! Gives me all the support I need, without hampering my movement in any way. Love it!

Although the knee support works well, it fails after a short time due to bad creasing at the back of the knee, which then becomes very uncomfortable. I didn't get a response from the company, so I presume it is par for the course.

at first, i was happy with my purchase but after only a few months of use the support has started to crease and fold when i use it, i wash it and dry as per instructions, it is very frustrating that i now have to buy another one or something else I'm on my feet all day and have osteoarthritis.

By far the best Knee Support I have ever owned. Comfortable and doesn't cause any restrictions to my movement. I find that I can wear the Active650 Knee Support for much longer than other supports I've tried, which means my knee is supported for much longer. I love the fact that I can exercise and strengthen my muscles whilst wearing these supports too.

Thought due to the reviews I would spend a little more and have a go. Delivered within 24 hours of ordering was very impressive. After putting it on I immediately felt the benefit and the pain over the last 15 months turned into a minor niggle. I am now going to order one for my back!
Cannot recommend enough!!!

Bought a Active 650 Knee support for my mum who suffers after having various operations.

The support has been great. Quick delivery no issues.
They are on the expensive side but probably worth the investment.
They should offer deals for buying more then 1. As mum wants another 2 now !!
