Have had some issues with delivery but this is the fault of the carrier not Action Storage. They were first class in sorting thing out

Ran smoothly from ordering to delivery and within three days. Couldn't ask for better.

I bought a large mobile folding box trolley on behalf of my wife so she can carry her files to and from school. It was a replacement for an identical trolley also from Action Storage which she had for 3 years and used on every school day. Although it can be fragile, as the plastic is a little brittle, it nevertheless served her very well and, in truth, she probably had far too much in it - I could barely lift it into the car boot! You have to be very careful when you wheel it over steps and take it very slowly. Another word of caution is to keep the cart angled when you come to a stop otherwise if you don't there is a danger of damaging the rear of the trolley as it scrapes along the pavement if it is still moving and can cause the rear legs to split . Anyway we regard it as a good buy, cheap, effective and reliable if treated with a little care - so we bought another. My wife is very pleased with it and Action Storage were very responsive and reliable.

The box trolleys have some plastic bars to keep the boxes open. These clip on bars are a bit flimsy and can break. Without them the box can collapse. But there are no spares available according to Action Storage....so for the sake of a few pounds worth of spares, the box trolley is rendered unsafe to use. I think Action Storage should bully their suppliers into making these loose parts available - must be a common problem

Strong easy carrying with this storage box. Its worth getting the lid as well. Handle improves if you put silicon spray on it. Handle could be a little longer. Copes with curbs and other every day hazards like ruts and potholes. Can carry a lot of weight. I'm pleased and my back no longer hurts!

The website was clear and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The shelving arrived very quickly and was simple to assemble. It has completely met our eexpectations and is perfect for the job.

Purchased Supershelf longspan and shortspan shelving. Good quality product and very easy to assemble - also easy to adjust shelf positions post-assembly if needed. Communication from Action was prompt and professional at all times. WIll certainly bear in mind for future use.

I ordered the budget shelving to go in my garage. Received the kit in flat-packed format in good time after the order. I assembled the shelves in a single tower easily without the need for instructions and just using a wooden mallet. Very quick and easy. Then I bought some 66L storage crates to go on the shelves and needed to change the heights of all the shelves, again no problems, and the heights of the crates and the shelves fit perfectly well together.

So far, the quality of products I have ordered from this company is excellent.

ITS SOMETIMES CONFUSING ON THE INTERNET MOVING FROM SITE TO SITE PARTICULARLY WHEN YOU HAVE A COUPLE OF QUERIES. SO I RANG AND SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON WHO WAS CHARMING AND PATIENT AND SORTED OUT MY QUESTIONS. THE SHELVING ARRIVED AS PROMISED AND ITS NOW UP AND IN EVERYDAY USE STORING OUR ATHLETICS KIT IN AN ACCESIBLE WAY.

I had a large shed built in the garden 20 x 16, I searched on the web for storage racking and came to The Action storage web site, they had 2 options in my requirements, standard and heavy duty racking. I chose the size of racking and went with 2 different widths of heavy duty shelving, I ordered online, received the confirmation and 3 days later the racking arrived.
It was easy to assemble and fitted well along the back wall of the shed within 3 separate areas, I have probably gone for over kill choosing the heavy duty option. All of my outdoor gear will now be stored for winter with over spill from the garage.

I bought a folding trolley from Action storage after searching the net for price comparisons. The price quoted was the most competition by far and included delivery. The product arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Can't ask for more than that really!

Very happy with the Cupboard and delivery times however, I ordered the Lockable cupboard as flat pack as we have a staircase with 3 turns in to get up to our office and flat pack would mean it was easier to get it up there.
It was delivered assembled on a pallet!
If it hadn't been for the help of the very helpful delivery driver we wouldn't have got it up the stairs.

I ordered staff lockers for our new unit and they were delivered the next day!! Incredible service and would definitely recommend Action Storage.

I was kept informed as to delivery all along the way.
