Last week we received excellent service from Chris Kelly at the Acoustic Centre. Chris was personable and very knowledgeable about the instruments the store has to offer. With help from Chris we found exactly what we needed, and bought two guitars that we are very happy with. We are returning today for some additional equipment, and strongly recommend the Acoustic Center to anyone looking for guitars or guitar equipment!

It’s a funny old thing, trust. I ordered a Maton Tommy Emmanuel 808 acoustic guitar, which was delivered in two days from Melbourne to our home on the Far North coast of NSW. I’ve owned a Maton for over 30 years, sadly destroyed by baggage handlers in Perth. However, this Maton did not appeal to me & I returned it the next day. Ryan - AC employee, who had been extremely helpful in my choice of new guitar suggested the “Messiah” in the same body size, but advised me there was at least a 4 week wait. I agreed, then proceeded to badger him weekly about delivery (sorry, Ryan!) The Messiah arrived last week & I am just over the moon with the guitar - and the wonderful service from the Acoustic Centre! I've been buying guitars from The Acoustic Centre for many years now. That in itself is testament enough, but I have to say it's always been a pleasure. Even with the sometimes long gaps between purchases, I've always been remembered and treated like an old friend. All the guys there know their stuff and offer brilliant, professional service and advice. Mick in particular, whom I've known since "Day 1", has always gone over and above to please me on my visits. My latest purchase is a black Ovation Celebrity Elite CE-4412-5 12 string and let me tell you, it's the best 12 string I've ever played, ... and I've owned a played a few over my 70 years! ... It is the 6th guitar I've bought from The Acoustic Centre! ... So if you're thinking of buying a guitar and are unsure of where to shop, The AC is the place to go. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing product, even better in person. I ordered a Cordoba Uke kit and it has amazing sound and holds tune quite well. Customer service was great and shipping was very fast! Would definitely recommend!!

yes I ordered a Maton ukulele recently and I was very pleased with the service and the speed of delivery as I am 5hrs drive from Melbourne city. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Acoustic centre as a place to do business with. Very happy.
