A Coombs Pet Centre Reviews 

Placed an order 24th May, 10 days later had heard nothing. Sent email, no response. Sent WhatsApp through their website 24 hours later, had a reply saying they’d look into it. Another 24 hours, still no response. I ordered my dog food elsewhere in the end. Happy to give them 1* for their prompt response in organising my refund.
Would not recommend this company for online ordering and will not use them again.

Easy online ordering - delivery prompt and on time - pricing discrepancy was remedied with a simple telephone call - I would certainly use them again

The pictures on Google show packets of 3 to lead you to their website. My fault for not reading the small print. Over charge and make a profit on the delivery of goods and don’t compensate for the misleading picture of products. Very disappointed, D1ck Turpin would have been proud.

We get our Duck Tollers Food from here every month and he loves it! We have a subscription set every month, very easily amended if needed and such a bargain yet quality food!! Thank you!

I placed an order on the 6th of May and I have had no notification from the company. I have emailed them asking what is happening and I've had no response.
My next step is to put a claim in with my bank.

Ordered cat food on 30 April. Two weeks later it still hadn't been dispatched, so I chased for an update. No response. I followed up again the next day asking for a reply that day. Still nothing. Over £50 order, no communication, no dispatch. Very disappointing experience.

Great firm to deal with, had already encountered 3 scam sites for Sureflap cat flap, rang manager and he assured me they were genuine and he sent out cat flap next day. First class customer service, would not hesitate to use again

Coombs is always providing great pricing and brilliant fast delivery- often same day or next day.
They stock good quality items that are hard to find elsewhere.
There communication is also top tier and they are quick to help with any questions or issues.
I would highly recommend them.

A Coombs had exactly what I wanted when most other retailers had sold out. It was delivered the very next day! Can't say better than that

Coombes offer a great service and products at reasonable prices. I would have rated higher however, having ordered twice - once with next day delivery and once with standard delivery, both couriers have been dreadful. In fact Royal Mail still haven’t managed to deliver my second order and it is proving very difficult to even try to speak to someone to find out what is going on.
Please, for the sake of your business, find better shipping options as your current ones may loose you customers

Have been using A Coombs Pet Centre for quite a while from instore and deliveries. Never had an issue, always great service, only once has something from my order been out of stock and they called me to see what I wanted to do. Always polite, when we are not in the lovely delivery guy knows where to leave the order. Competitively priced too
