Ubiqus UK - Transcription and Interpretation
We mostly use Ubiqus for transcription and interpreter services. Requesting is so easy via the Portal, and you can find everything you need in one place. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and are prompt and professional at all times. Open ended communications makes it really easy to discuss any issues and queries, and means I haven't had to chase! Compared to the previous service, I find this great value for money!

I just want to put in the good word for my service representative Monique Murray. She is always quick, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I really don't know how well my documents are being translated, so all I really have to judge Ubiquis on is Monique, and I keep using the company for years at this point.

Great on complex events
I definitely recommend them for larger and more complex events. I worked with them on all my corporate events and Ubiqus were amazing. I found them a little more expensive than some other companies, but they are great to work with and get the job done.

Irresponsible - poor quality
Irresponsible. Poor quality of transcripts... I had to request multiple revisions... they then failed to properly provide the court with the revised transcripts, thus negatively affecting the case.
