Best SEO tools,best for me and my partner...i love it.

4 stars for product, 3 stars for value for money, 1 star for customer service and business practices: Total 2 stars. We have used this service for some time. It is pretty strong on keyword rank tracking. It is useful, though less so useful than it used to be, as it is still very Google centric. Our issue is with the renewal. Prior to renewal, there is no email notification, or in-dashboard notification. We were not keen on another year on the plan we were on, as we were using it less and less, and in any case with fewer keywords than the plan we paid for. Within 11 hours of the annual renewal, I contacted customer support to be downgraded to a lower account level, and be refunded the difference. This was refused in an arrogant manner. I was told I could get a link to be downgraded, but that I would not be refunded anything. There is no way to downgrade the account by self service, you have to contact customer support. The customer service experience was in no way friendly, and I found it unfair when our request to change plans happened on the actual renewal date. Will look for alternatives.

Awful customer service and policies which dont allow you to downgrade your own account. If you make a mistake and accidentally upgrade (WHICH IS AUTOMATIC) you cant turn this off yourself. You have to contact customer support who then send you a link to turn off the feature, then to downgrade your account they send you another link, if you dont get to the process quickly enough the link expires.

I've used many rank trackers and what I love about AccuRanker is it's a fully featured rank tracker. Accurately tracks rank for multiple countries, search engines, mobile/desktop/ablet, SERP features, and it also tracks competitors that rank in top 20. Besides AccuRanker I also use AHrefs and SEMRush for rank tracking but this certainly outbeats both of them!

Simple, user friendly and powerful rank tracker

It´s the most accurate and reliable rank app on the market. It´s fast and very easy to use. I use it everyday to see my website evolution in the serps, i love the overview dashboard with plenty of insights. Besides, they are continually adding new functionalities which is great.

I've been using Accuranker for a few years now and it is my go-to for rank tracking. I keep the tab open all the time and check daily to see how the changes I've made have affected search engine ranking. While it doesn't have a lot of tools beyond tracking, it's still an extremely helpful tool for checking competition rank and my rank.

I have tried many rank trackers over the years, but Accuranker is my favorite. The SOV feature allows you to see how your website performs beyond just monitoring specific keyword positions. The dashboard is easy to use, reports are accurate, and new features are added frequently.

Accuranker is the only rank tracking service I use because it's the most accurate. I have tested all the tools on the market and none comes close to Accuranker.

I am a longtime user and AccuRanker in my opinion is one of the best KW trackers out there. They keep on adding features and their support ist awesome!

Tool works, and does a good job.

However, have fun canceling when you need to. They require you to contact a German number to cancel it. To their credit, I told them this wasn't possible, and they did it via email.

Although I requested cancellation PRIOR to the renewal date, they will still charge you an extra month.

This is a very archaic practice and has no use in modern day SAAS apps. Although the tool itself was good, I will think twice before using Accuranker again due to this practice.

It is a slimy business model. Let the quality of the service speak for itself, and understand you will have some turnover! There's no need to milk people for more money, when there's a chance they will resubscribe at a later date.

Unfortunately have had to give this company 1 star for atrocious customer service. On renewal we were charged as expected but we immediately contacted them to say we were not interested in renewing. They made me jump through some admin hoops only to then tell us that we were locked in for another year! When we challenged that they said I needed to have notified them before renewal date however, as we pointed out there was no pre-renewal reminder… only the actual renewal email. Instead of being understanding they sent me a generic email saying “read the terms and conditions”. If you are going to hold a customer to cancel prior to renewal then you should - out of courtesy - at least give them a notification of upcoming renewal. The behaviour just comes across as poor customer service and forcing people to be locked in for an additional year fees. If you are going to use this service beware of poor customer service and note renewal dates.
