I done my 1 and 2 practical training in Edenbridge with Stuart and i have no knowledge about pipe bending and soldering but stuart are very brilliant and professional tutor if you not understand one time he will go over it again as many time as you need and i am doing pipe bending and soldering very good now these guy have incredible skills and knowledge

Just finished my 2 days of weekend training, I’ve learnt soldering, pipe bending etc and stuart taught me really well, initially I was questioning myself that can I do it or not but stuart mustard up my courage and said you can do it just practice and practice. On my last day of learning basic plumbing which was today stuart gave me a thumbs up and said you are getting really better in soldering which felt really good. Thank you stuart.

Just finished the practical training at Leicester with Drew and it had been a great experience. He really grew my confidence with understanding the whole inspection and testing which I was finding really hard to get my head around during the theory training. Very calm and easy going guy and very helpful. Massive thanks Drew 👍🏻

Just finished my practical training for my Level 3 inspection and testing course. Mark Woodford at the Southampton centre is an excellent instructor with in-depth knowledge of the electrical field. Under his tutelage, I have been thoroughly prepared for my practical assessments and feel confident to tackle all things testing and inspection. He explains complex concepts succinctly and goes deep on the theory. Five stars

I called to ask about webinar times and to talk about managing them around my work. Sarka was extremely helpful and made it so that I can watch the recorded webinars on the weekends. Lovely to speak to and very clear with instruction

Had the privilege of meeting Craig Wiltshire via my NVQ course…. He conducts himself in the most professional manner and goes above and beyond with top class learning techniques and how to navigate the course. His knowledge is second to none. Whilst entering my professional discussions and observations video call, I was so nervous…… he calmed me down with a reassuring chat and made the situation so much better. He is a credit/asset to the training provider service . Massive shout out to Craig Wiltshire and thanks a million

I completed my electrical assessment with Simon Rose at Edenbridge and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Simon is very strict in nature especially with the assessment but very friendly and kind person which makes my assessment week very calm and enjoyable. Thank you simon for keeping me on track and never rushed me, give me plenty of time to answer and do task as necessary.
I had a fantastic week and would highly recommend him to anyon. A solid 10/10 assessor. Thanks, Simon!🤝

I enrolled with Access Training on the professional electrician course back in March 2026 and have since completed my core electrics qualification involving approx. 85 hours of online Webinars, 2 weeks of practical training in Welwyn Garden City, ending with practical assessments in Cardiff with the onsite assessor there, Leighton. Special mention goes out to Leighton in Cardiff! He came across as a firm but fair assessor and I believe it’s individuals like Leighton that make an organisation stand out! 10 out of 10 for assisting students get the best chance of passing their practical assessments without spoon feeding while remaining professional throughout the 4 days I was there! Thank you for helping us be the best we can be Leighton, keep up the excellent work ethic and I wish you a long and prosperous future with Access Training - you’re an asset to the organisation, well done!

If I could give 10 stars I would, all I can say is WOW! Craig Wiltshire has been amazing from start to finish! I cannot put into words how greatly appreciated the help and support received from this man has been, thank you very much Craig , we will be recommending you to everyone :)

HELP! Has anyone actually managed to get a refund from this company?

I cancelled my course in writing over a week ago, well within my legal 14-day cooling-off period. Since then, I’ve been completely ghosted on email. They have called me three times, but to ask why I am leaving—it feels like the sales team is just worried about losing their commission. Despite the calls, they still flat-out refuse to send a simple email confirming the refund is actually processed.

It feels like this company cherry-picks what they choose to respond to. When they want to make a sale, they are all over you. But when it’s something they aren't interested in—like a refund—communication completely stops. This gives you zero confidence in how they would handle future TBC dates, practical bookings, or portfolio placements down the line once they already have your money.

Do yourself a favour and read the 1-star reviews on here. Take them seriously, because I am now experiencing the same lack of post-purchase support they warn you about.

Before you give them a single penny, try calling their student hotline as a test. You're lucky if you get through in 20 minutes, and the wait times alone will probably make you rethink signing up.

Because of their silence, I now have to spend my own extra time researching and learning how to escalate this to the authority parties just to get my money back. Approach with caution.

Where I did my practical assessments and access edenbridge was excellent,
Simon Rose the instructor was fantastic, providing guidance and support and went above and beyond to facilitate learning and development. Distribution boards were well maintained, overall a really good training facility run by a nice man.

Did my exams at Hackney academy. Very modern with excellent facilities. Special thanks to Yaya for making the whole process streamlined and very professional, would definitely recommend

I recently completed the electrical training webinars and successfully passed the Core Electrics exams. I just wanted to say thank you to the team, and especially to David Ellis, for delivering such an excellent course.

The webinars were well structured, engaging, and easy to follow, with plenty of practical knowledge that made the topics much easier to understand. David is a fantastic coach and trainer—his teaching style is clear, patient, and encouraging, and he was always willing to answer questions and ensure everyone understood the material.

The course gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to pass the exams, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to build their electrical knowledge or prepare for the Core Electrics qualification.

Thank you again to David and the whole team for such a positive learning experience.

I started my gas training part 1 at Cardiff centre on 29/06/2026 with Pete for 5 days. I went to the training with a blank sheet. I knew nothing about hands on plumbing and electrical wiring. I finished the gas training part 1 with acquiring skills on plumbing and basic electrical wiring. Thank you Pete for a spectacular job done, your good human relations and readiness to assist at all times. You made the training interesting and simple to understand.

He was patient, approachable, and always took the time to answer any questions. He broke down each concept step by step and his ability to explain technical concepts clearly, made me easy to understand. It was a valuable and rewarding experience, thanks to access training.
