Rental of 2 storage areas
I rented 2 storage areas last year, for 3 months, whilst we were in the process of moving house. The whole process was straight forward and clear, everyone was very helpful and access to the site and the storage areas was simple and efficient. There was only one occasion when I was moving things into the storage facility (after normal working times) and my access code got updated in the middle of that. Unfortunately, the facility did not get updated with the info immediately, so I couldn't use any of the access doors with the new (or old) code. The emergency helpline couldn't help (!) but fortunately someone else turned up and let me in to finish what I was doing.
All in all, very satisfied with the whole process and would happily use Access Storage again.

Access at Hemel Hempstead are first class. Del dealt with me, arranging the unit and adjusting dates and even the size of the unit according to my needs. I would definitely recommend this company in Hemel. staff are friendly, polite and informative and the place is extremely clean and well organised.

They say first impressions are important and it was obviously a priority for the staff here. From our first contact they couldn't be more helpful- finding the right sized unit, advising about insurance and security, which is excellent and left us with peace of mind. What was good too was the friendly atmosphere engendered by the manager - it made the day we had to move our home into storage much less stressful.

Amazing service, really impressed!
I had called around a few places for quotes and found the team at Access to be the friendliest and most helpful- without being too pushy. They offered me a great, quality deal and I’ve been so impressed with my storage experience thus far. I’ve never had a storage unit before so didn’t know what to expect. It’s incredibly safe, secure and easy to navigate. The team at Hemel are also very helpful and I would highly recommend their services.
