As an existing Access customer, due to a house move the existing site became an inconvenient distance to travel to (30 miles). The lads at Basingstoke were most welcoming, friendly and helpful when visiting to make the initial enquiry and were happy to accommodate me with a single unit.

Very customer supportive
I was moving a few items into storage but my transport team were running late coming from London - Access Self Storage very kindly gave me/them a little leeway on access after closing hours to ensure my belongings were secured. I was very grateful for their good communication and supportive understanding - great service!

Good value and great staff
Friendly and accommodating staff who are efficient and Brian is really great, with clear and transparent explanations and follow-ups. He was able to tailor a better package for my needs and recommended an inexpensive van hire company.
The reception area is clean and welcoming and the storage area is also
spotless.
