Worst customer service ive ever had to deal with. very unco-operative, its the same situation as the other reviews (refusing to replace under warranty) If your looking to make a purchase off this company I highly suggest you take your money elsewhere.
REFUSING TO REPLACE UNDER WARRANTY!! I have been talking to 4 different people at this company for over 5 weeks trying to claim warranty and still havent gotten a return address. Supplier & tecnicians have assured me its a manufacturers fault and under warranty and ASI wont co-operate! HORRIBLE COMPANY AVOID!! I am to sue these guys soon its getting riduculous, I already have my lawyer reviewing the case and he assures me I can get compensation out of this :)
Terrible customer service, very uncooperative, been emailing them for a month trying to get a refund under warranty for my BAC8000 which broke in the first month. I suggest avoiding this company altogether, there are better alternatives with better customer support.
