I used Aberdein Considine to sell my old property and buy my new one and they were outstanding. The estate agency team with Adam and Abbie were so helpful throughout the selling process and nothing was a bother. When they said they would be in touch, they were, documents were on time and correct and the rates were extremely competitive in the market. The property went to a closing date and the whole process was seamless and stress free.
Charlie and Kirsteen from the legal team took over from there and their expertise was first class in completing my sale and purchase. Again documents were on time, matters were chased where needed and in general everything was covered.

We initially got in touch with Aberdein Considine Perth to sell our house but had to postpone it a little. When we finally got it on the market Abbie at Aberdein Considine Perth really helped with the process and sorting through who was coming to view the house and when, always keeping us right. We were very impressed by her organisation with it all as it does get quite hard to keep up with! I deducted a few stars as the actual estate agent I dealt with at the beginning I never heard from again and I personally feel that he just wanted us to get the house up for sale to get onto the next place he could sell which I felt a little let down by as you do pay commission to them. Not even an email to touch base after the house was sold we felt a little like we were done with now so move onto the next place! I also dealt with the legal team who were amazing also though and wouldn’t fault them they managed to hurry the process up for my buyers to get in quicker which was great. Overall a good experience but I feel the estate agents let the business down a bit.
