Horrible experience
Horrible customer service, outrageous charges even with their "free weekends; nights." Online account stated the avg daily cost is $2 but still paid about $100 a month for a small apartment during winter months. There is no breakdown and proper usage information. No transparency and integrity with this company. You will not save anything. Stay away at all costs. I don't know how they are still in business.
Crooks
Crooks! Outrageous pkw cost that rise daily. Fees upon fees upon fees. They were stealing $1 from me every day for "payment arrangement" I never had. Once I reported them it miraculously stopped but I never recieved a refund. They also charge me $1.95 every time I make a payment even though that is only suppose to apply if I use a live agent to make the payment - which I have NEVER done. Check your charges and report these thieves to the PUC!

Not a trustworthy company at all and the customer service is horrible. I owed $17.50 on my account so I payed $45 on my account because my power was turned off when I was out of town. They notified me that my account had been terminated due to it being 5 days with power off. I was fine with that but I asked them what about the $45 I payed. They said it was consolidated and I would not get anything back. So basically they took the 27.50 extra I payed and just kept it. I know it’s not much but it’s the principal. What if it was $100 or $200? I spoke to one guy and he said I owed 17.50 more so I hung up called back and the next guy told me I was clear and didn’t owe anything but the 27.50 is just gone because of “consolidation” lies lies lies.
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. The wait times can be 3 hours or more. And don't request to get a call back because it will never come. They charge way more than a traditional company and you will get no explanation of increased charges. It is cheaper to pay a deposit with a regular company in the long run.
A scam
A scam! They don’t give you a payment break down. You can’t login to the account that you created no matter how many time you change your password. When a payment is made they take extra money out of your payment, charging you for things that they don’t tell you about. And on top of that they never answer the phone. Would NEVER recommend this company to anybody.
Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company, they clearly accept debit and credit card numbers from people that don't own them. Someone managed to get my debit card number and open new service using my card. if you try to speak to someone they put you on hold and never come back to the phone.
This company is a ripotf
I've had it with this company. They charge you whatever they choose. I was charged more for 10kwh used than I was for 50kwh used. This company is a complete price gouging rip off. Their billing just makes no sense. I am calling Amy Davis of channel 2 news to review my bill and investigate this scam sham

They lie about your usage for instance I have no central ac I work 10 to 12 hours shifts, called encore encore says your not even using 2 dollars of energy a day. I yeah I cut off the air that I dnt have just to see n they say I use 7 to 10 dollars a day told the bbb they called me had me good like I first started for only three payments now there back false usage rates that your using.

This company is a rip off after paying the $158 switch hold on my account. I switch to another provider, my balance with zero dollars for about two days and after that, they send me a bill. Tell me a autumn 30 more dollars. It will be a cold day in hell when I pay you guys anymore money and you’re free night is absolute rip off you do not get free nice you set up and the pain when money then you would’ve paid. If you wanna get a free nights you guys are total til off.

Take your pick. Customer service? The absolute worst and if you keep your cool through it, and ask for somebody else that can help you further they put negative comments in your notes so nobody will help you. Service. Do not believe your own bill and averages. It was saying my average was 2.15 dollars a day but I am being charged 17. Now at this point I am paying 840 a month for a small house. There is some kind of problem and they will not look at my meter or offer any kind of solution.

This service was a waste of time and money!! I made a payment over the phone that was taken out of my account and never applied to my balance. Called customer service and waited 48 mins on hold before speaking to a representative about this transaction. The representative was very RUDE (with strong foreign accent) when I asked how the payment was taken out and never applied to my balance!!! I wish I would've done more research about them prior to all this! I had to rush and move and get electricity started so that's why i chose them! Lesson learned and I will NEVER recommend anyone for this provider!!

Do not fall for their Free Nights Promo. Make sure to read the small details if you don't want to get your account charged by $60. Will never do business again with this company.
The worst light company!
The worst light company!! Lies about rates. Lie about free nights. Regardless of what plan you choose, you will be paying 4$ a day free nights or not, plus your wattage usage. I used less than 1500 kw per month yet my bill has been 300 to 350 every month. They are robbing you of your hard earned money. DO NOT ENROLL I AM WARNING YOU. Then when you call expect at least 1 hour and 30 minutes wait time before somebody answers. You can still have money on your account and they will cut you lights out.
