Our experience with ABS Transport has been extremely disappointing. Despite providing them with advertising services through Fethiye Times, they have consistently failed to pay invoices — even after repeated reminders. Payments are either significantly delayed or not made at all.

What makes this even more concerning is that ABS Transport operates a business where they expect their own customers to pay for services promptly, yet they do not extend the same professionalism or respect to their suppliers. This kind of behaviour shows a lack of integrity and reliability.

We would strongly caution other businesses and suppliers to be aware of their poor payment practices before entering into any agreement with them.

This Company scam now we been using for while now they charge us emty box package normal minimum 15kg we had 20kg now they invoice for 25kg because 5kg for emty package service wow!!

they took my car to deliver in Turkey they said 2 weeks and i have paid my car has been delivered 7 weeks later and been driven 28 miles
its mean they have been enjoy with my car 7 weeks

Absolutely disgraceful service – avoid at all costs!
This company is a complete scam. They lost ALL of my furniture during transport from Germany to turkey (Gaziantep) and have done absolutely NOTHING to compensate or replace anything. Communication has been horrendous – emails ignored, calls unanswered, and when I finally got through, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I trusted them with everything I own, and they’ve shown zero accountability. Unreliable, unprofessional, and bordering on fraud. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

Right from the start, the staff (Betül) was very helpful in giving me an estimate both on the phone and through whatsapp, sending boxes and materials for us to get our belongings ready. On the day of pick up, the team (Osman, Sinan and Mehmet) showed up promptly, they were very professional in wrapping up our breakables and kindly took care of the special pieces like my daughters wedding gown, my mothers collections and my fathers musical instruments.
We were informed of the documents needed for the customs and were able to get them ready in time. They confirmed yesterday that our belongings are loaded to the truck and ready to depart after customs. We are very happy with the service provided and would recommend ABS to anyone wishing to transfer their belongings to the UK. Special thanks to all the helpful, trustworthy and hardworking staff who helped us.

I gave them my car to ship to Turkiye they said 1-2 weeks i have been waiting 6 weeks in istanbul

From dropping off our cargo for transport to the delivery to our door in antalya we were provided proffessional service.

It has been great communication through whatsapp since the first day till pick up date. Drivers gave me call upon arrival to check if i am at home, Enes and Kenan done brilliant job with packaging. Really recommend this company with the job they have done so far, all i need now receive my goods at the other end.

I don’t suggest using this transport company to anyone. We transferred our furniture from Turkey last month and we had many issues since then which none of them are resolved. They assigned a representative (Gizem Germi) who is only writing frustrating messages to our problems: Here are few examples:
- The chandelier was broken inside the box, we shared the photos and she responded: the box is undamaged so not their issue (???)
- The dressing table did not arrive at all we just received a message that it was damaged and repaired(no details whatsoever) and will be delivered seperately. (Still not arrived by the way) The delivery people on transport day claimed everything is delivered even though we had proof of their own message.
- The bed feet did not arrive at all. They couldn’t find it as well so told us to order and share the receipt with them. We ordered an unoriginal one from Amazon and shared the receipt, then they started to say it would have been cheaper to order from Turkey(?) Were we supposed to wait 5 weeks for them to buy and send them over to here.. Now they say they are going to pay 1/3 of the cost in Turkish lira and give us additional conversion issues.

These are the issues amongst many others. I also want to add that we kept our stuff in their storage facilities in Turkey for 1,5 years and they charged us 100 gbp per month (not turkish lira) even though they were in Turkey.

So overall it is such a garbage company. We will also direct our complaints to our own employers so they are aware of the issues and won’t work with them in the future.

Excellent, professional service and lovely staff

From the moment that ABS picked up our belongings in Turkey to dropping them off to us in UK thet have been brilliant. Easy to contact, tracking available and the service from the puck up and delivery staff is faultless. Our goods have been delivered today exactly as we packed them with nothing missing or broken. The delivery driver carried them into our property and left them exactly where we asked. Would highly recommend this company.

I'd never recommend them to any friends or family ever again, of which I did for years. I'm telling from the bottom of my heart to prevent any disappointment, to avoid them. If you're not desperate, do not use them.
I handed over them multiple pieces of big furniture items over 30 days ago from Turkey for UK delivery and they are nowhere to be seen. The goods were customs cleared (UK) about 7-10 days ago and they cannot land the goods into a warehouse to re-stack and load and despatch for delivery. The most annoying and rude thing is that they did not even ONCE tried to get in touch with me for the past 30 days. I have to call them multiple times per week and if I'm very lucky they answer the phone to say that they've never encountered such tight space at their warehouse so they cannot guarantee any delivery dates. It would take appx. another 10 days for them to figure out to use a 3rd party warehouse to unload the truck, re-load and despatch for delivery which is unacceptable and disappointing.
They cannot cope with the amount of work they take on; neither in terms of people they hire (quality and number of people) nor with their logistics abilities including arranging to have enough space at their warehouses, which is the essence of what they do in the UK.
You will not be treated as you have just trusted with them with very valuable goods of yours. You will just be locked in as the goods are with them now and you have no choice than waiting for them to give you a call; one and only time just A DAY before their planned delivery date. Do not expect to be updated at all during 30-40 days. This is their common practice in any case.
