Very bad experience. After spending $217.50 on digitizing, not a single file they delivered was usable for production. We had to take every design they made for us to other digitizers to have them redone properly.

None of the designs respected something as basic as symmetry, even though we clearly stated this from the beginning. Their files caused machine problems, wasted materials, lost time, and many extra work hours.

They accepted jobs without honestly saying whether they were actually viable or not. They even told us they would let us know if a design could not be done properly, but they did not do that either. In one case, the file for a letter A could not even be used because the foam would not close properly in the lower part of the legs, so it could not be executed correctly.

In the last job, we only asked for one specific modification to a previous design, and clearly said we would pay for that change. Instead, they digitized the entire logo again and tried to charge us as if it were a separate full job. Despite all the problems we had already had, we still ended up paying for that last work.

We also have all the conversations saved by email, and they clearly show that many times they did not follow the instructions they were given. When we asked for corrections, they became defensive and even tried to blame our embroidery machine, although we sent them videos and it was in perfect condition.

Other digitizers later corrected the vector, balanced the design properly, and gave us a much better result for less money. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this service.

I have used AD for 2 years for all of my digitizing needs. They are efficient and affordable. The end results are wonderful. They make my company run smooth and my customers happy.

The first 2 images I had digitized work perfect. And communication was great.

This company were great to work with. Initial files they got back in a timely manner. Did revisions until my customer was satisfied. Will continue to use them... Awesome job and great customer service.

Submitted a design for digitizing and received the downloadable files so quickly I wasn't quite ready to begin sewing them. When my client requested a change to the design, I got even quicker turnaround to make the change. Definitely my go to source for digitizing for embroidery.

They do great work here, they communicate clearly, and have a very fast turn around.

Orders done in timely manner. Have been using them for like 4 years now. Great service, especially when they added the digitizer site, way better than emailing back and forth.

New to machine embroidery and first image digitized. Glad I selected Absolute Digitizing. The final price was less than the quoted price. Again, being new, I had an issue with material stretch. Absolute Digitizing was prompt with recommendations and a slightly modified logo to counter act the stretch. Result was a beautiful final product that will be sure to surprise brother. I am looking forward to my next custom image and working with Absolute Digitizing again. Highly recommend Absolute Digitizing.

This company is SOLID for embroidery digitizing and vectorizing! They will go back and forth with you until the work is exactly how you want it and the prices are very affordable; plain and simple they make it happen.

Worst service ever. First attempt looked nothing like my basic design. Next attempt looked better. Stitching out was an issue. Sent back images along with my desired result. ‘Edits’ returned to me unchanged.
Middle of the background was missing. Stitch quality is different when stitching on stabilizer vs a fill area. When asked about the hole in the design, they made it bigger instead of blanketing the area fully.

This is actually the second review that I did on your company. You asked me to take it down and give you another try. Obviously it was still a horrible result.
I had to piece parts of the many attempts to get a Frankenstein version of what I needed. Then paid someone else. I even sent you the finished project created by your competition.

There’s a saying- let sleeping dogs lie. It means don’t wake something that could potentially bite you. You’re five months too late.

I a really,very,happy, and pleased with Absolute Digitizing. I send my art work to two companies before I found Absolute and they were the only company that were able to get the job done. They communicated very well with me and the prices are so reasonable I will recommend them to anyone who needs their files Digitized for embroidery.

They were very accommodating! I sent them a photo of a tractor that I wanted and they sent me a proof. I didn't check the proof good enough with only a glance and thought it was okay, however, when I received the digitized item, I discovered that it was the wrong thing. They responded the next day with the correct one at no extra charge even though I was the one who didn't check out the proof as I should have. It was very fast service in the very beginning, and they were able to edit the picture I sent them without the background. I only wanted the tractor and no background. I am very pleased and will use their service again.

Horrible customer service!!! Did not get what I ordered, and they will not give me the type of file that I asked for without paying more.

We just had our logo digitized by Absolute Digitizing - they had professional results with a great turnaround time. We noticed a very small inconsistency with the digitized logo - and without hesitation, Mike made the corrections and sent us the new files without question, same day! We will definitely be going through Absolute Digitizing for any future digitizing needs! Great results and customer service.

Absolute Digitizing is my main digitizing source. They are responsive to all requests and work with me to keep all of my clients satisfied with their embroidery.

I have had dozens of designs digitized for embroidery by Absolute Digitizing over the last several years. They always return my files quickly and accurately at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fast turnaround and quality products.
