Abriblue in France don't respond.

My Abriblue swimming pool cover is advertised on the manufactures/suppliers website with a 15 year no quibble guarantee against corrosion, this for the immersed aluminium and steel roller parts. Three years after an approved installer fitted the system the roller is degrading causing damage to the polypropolene blades. My installer Hydrocaldas in Portugal canot get them to respond and therfor honour the warranty they continue to advertise. the cover cost 30 thousand euros.
