Totally Untrustworthy
I order something almost 4 weeks ago. The money was deducted from my account but the order never arrived. I have emailed them on numerous occasions but they have completely ignored all communication from me. I am so sorry I did not read reviews here beforehand as I would not have ordered anything from them. My experience does not appear to be unique. I would not recommend About You whatsoever.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Always makes mistakes on the returns. I have been following up on 1 particular return that I made back in July 2023. I returned all the clothes, even provided the slips from the post office and the company claims to not have received 2 items. I have provided all the proof that I can possibly provide, which is the post-office confirmations and the company still refuses to give my money back. It is not my problem that they have the worst tracking system for returns. They have literally stolen. On another return, after so many times of going back and forth, they were supposed to send back 5 amounts and only have sent back 2 so far. I had to bring it to their attention again, after which they said they are going to check with their finance department if the money was sent back or not. This is ridiculous that after I make a return, I need to babysit or run after you to return my money!!!!!! Aboutyou, I expect that you will honor the proof that I have provided alongwith the affidavit, because now you are simply not being an honorable company. I as a customer have sent you affidavit, a million emails and the necessary proof and you are simply disregarding it.

You don't deserve a single star!
They had big discounts on 01.08.2024, for about 2 hours, during which I managed to make 2 orders, including my sister and other friends. A day later, they started sending emails saying that our orders are being canceled due to technical reasons. It is not our problem that they have technical problems. They realized that they had too big discounts, after which they started canceling all the orders. Unfortunately, they are not serious, they should have assumed the technical problems, not throw them in our burden, canceling our orders. Shame on you About you!

Sneakers never delivered
I bought a pair of sneakers, they sent me the DHL tracking code, but they didn't even send it and then I received an email saying that I had returned the sneakers. Unsurprisingly, the website now showed a value that was 35% more expensive. They didn't ship it so they could sell it for the highest price. Horrible experience. I will never buy anything again.

Absolute worst experience
The absolute most terrible refund policy. Received an order with 1 item to much to start with. In the afternoon of 14.06.2024 i tried on all the items and kept 3 items. Send the rest back without even wearing it, now they email me one of the items is damaged?! I kept items worth of €76 bur because of their terrible refund policy they now somehow charge me €260 for god knows what other items because i send back everything else. My advise is never order at this store because its an absolute scam!

It started well. Placed an order on June 17 and it arrived on June 20. Until I opened my package. I ordered sneakers in size 40, but received size 37.5. So I looked for customer service and it turns out it was open until 8:00 PM. I call at 7:30 PM, but nothing... call again, but nothing again. It wasn't until the 3rd time I called that I got someone on the line. Then I explained the situation and according to them the only thing I can do is return the shoes. So I asked if they could send me the right size, because I am entitled to that, but no, that was not possible. I would then have to order the shoes again myself, but now I also have to wait for my return money... We continue. I look up the shoes again and it turns out they are no longer on the website. In other words, because they sent me the wrong size, I now have no shoes, because they are no longer available. Thanks About You.. Now I have no shoes and no money, because I have to wait another 14 days for that.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you're waiting so long for a refund and didn't get any personal message back from our customer service yet. Unfortunately our customer service is very busy and therefore it takes a bit longer than normal before you'll receive an answer. I see you've received your order on the 28th of May. In the beginning of June our carrier had some issues with collecting all returned parcels in NL and sent it with a delay to our return warehouse. I can imagine you're parcel was one of them and therefore I ask you to have a bit more patience than normal. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a return confirmation email from us and it will take up to 14 days before you'll receive your refund.
If by 23.06 you still haven't received this return confirmation mail, I suggest reaching out to our customer service again (with a picture of the proof that you've returned the parcel), so they can contact our carrier to find out where your parcel is. Our customer service is currently very busy and therefore it might take up to 2 weeks before you'll receive an answer. But they're working very hard to make sure every problem is getting solved.
