All great

Everything arrives in time, the returns work perfectly, the clothes are pretty much as seen on the screen. Much more convenient and cheaper than going to the store.

The ordering process was simple and clear. Overall, the purchasing experience was very positive. I plan to continue using the AboutYou website.

However, I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the delivery service provider (Hrvatska Pošta). My parcels are not delivered to the address specified during checkout. Instead, they are redirected to a local post office located 10 to 15 km away, which is highly inconvenient.

Great company

Great company. I love this store. If I don't like product, they gave me a money back... I don't like shopping in store, this is best thing ever.
