Buying a gift for your kids - go elsewhere- the box is the “shipping container “ as they call it. But it stipulates what is inside - all over the box, then they add extra label also stating the contents.
When I spoke to them they said I should have ordered to a different address - which given we live about 5hrs from family this is not an option. They also blamed it on the company we ordered from as they do not state to put in a plain box?!? I tried to explain it doesn’t need to be a plain box but one unrelated to the contents would be good, and without an extra label stating what the contents are.. again said it was the other company who printed the labels - which doesn’t make sense as they are shipping from their warehouse! I did mention it to the company we ordered from who - as expected- said this would be the shipping company who deal with it but will pass the feed back on to their own team - more than what ABGEE were willing to do.
They also mentioned it wasn’t the first time they had received this feedback?!? Read other complaints and all they say is they don’t sell to the general public, yet they have a website and Facebook page advertising what they sell?!?

Ordering here is a waste of time
Ordering here is a waste of time. Always out of stock and back order. They send a list of their stock and you use a lot of time searching for good products but at the end, you'll find out that it's out of stock. This is not a recommended shop. Time is money. Saving time is business.

I purchase 8 of these rc helicopters which fly superbly and great for kids.
However they all have major flaw. the moving Frame part 11 fails, and you cannot buy this part in the spares kit. I have emailed Abgee at least 3 times no answer. I telephoned and spoke to a very nice salesman who said he would send the part out. unfortunately after 3 weeks still nothing has arrived.
Quick heads up Syma do a similar RC Helicopter for similar Money and very part is available to purchase.
