Great quality and price.

Absolutely obsessed with my Abbott Lyon jewellery. The quality is amazing, it’s so easy to wear every day, and it adds the perfect finishing touch to any outfit. The necklaces catch the light beautifully in the sunshine and I’ve had so many compliments on them already. Definitely one of my favourite jewellery brands! ☀️💛

Be prepared for disappointment

Personalised item was ordered on 3rd April well in advance of when it was required. On the 23rd of May it was updated to "on its way" on the website and on my An Post app with "info received".
I made contact with customer service as the status had not changed for a number of weeks. Santana was great to deal with and kept me updated as to where my item was. On 16th June I received an email stating that the item was lost in transit.
An option of receiving a replacement item was given with the estimated date of delivery 15th September. I requested a refund and this was done straight away.
My advice when purchasing from this website is ensure you leave plenty of time for delivery even with the estimated time of delivery given.

great customer service

the products look amazing and the quality is great. My wife only buys from here now. Also, there was one issue, that customer service ressolved straight away. Nothing negative to say about this company. It is run very well. Keep it up :)

Exceptional Customer Service!

Bought many times from this company. Love their jewellery!

Unfortunately, one of my items broke within a month. But their customer service team are exceptional! Had the issue resolved within 24 hours and received a new one. Thank you!

Abbott Lyon jewellery is great quality, affordable and looks expensive. I’ve had multiple pieces from here and they’ve lasted ages and are still in great condition. Abbott Lyon jewellery makes an outfit as well.
