I bought a system in 2013 have contacted them twice for instruction/manual request but they fail to reply what a poor service and as others say there is no support whatsoever for anything. They do have a download firmware software option which actually is a dead link I certainly will not be buying from this company ever again.

They took my DVR to repair for month of time. DVR came back in the same condition as was sent. Nothing was repaired at all. I called ABAN to complain but they told me that DVR is no longer on warranty and they can't provide any repair more. It seems like they kept my DVR so long, to sent it back after warranty period has ended to avoid the trouble. Money thrown down the drain.
