Stuart did an excellent job in handling our account. He was extremely professional and expedient. My wife and I appreciated the fact that he kept us informed and made it a very easy process for us.

I was told for months they had multiple life expectancy reports and needed one more from a 3rd party and after a month of being told they would have it originally in a few days, they finally respond after weeks of silence. I was shopping for the policies with Abacus and Coventry. Coventry made offers and Abacus just wasted my time. They try to drag it out so people are desperate and pay the premiums till they can low ball the desperate people. I am not one of those and sent an email explaining the numbers and rate of return to them and the fact of the matter the policies I own are on my mother who had lung cancer and I wanted to give more to her while she is living. My family owns the policies as investments as I am actually an agent who sales a lot of life insurance as an investment. Would make the assumption that the employees at Abacus do not care about what is right. They just try and exploit helpless people. I'm sure with doing that they do not have to close too many deals to make a fortune.

Abacus mainly, Myles Ganovsky , was great! The company performed every task with speed and professionalism. If it had not been for the slowness and lack of service on the part of Transamerica Life I would have had the sale of my policy completed in about 30 days.
Myles was OUTSTANDING! He called me almost daily with updates and suggestions for me to speed up the process.
I would recommend Abacus 100%. Ask my for MYLES he was terrific!

Jackson Tylman was diligent, conscientious, and quick to respond throughout the entire process from application to settlement. He was professional and caring when answering our many questions. He was persistent in dealing with our life insurance provider to secure the required information. We would highly recommend Abacus and Jackson Tylman for anyone considering selling a term life insurance.

Jackson Tylman is the Abacus rep who has walked me through the application process. He is tenacious in dealing with my insurance provider to obtain necessary information. He is patient, sympathetic and very competent.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Absolutely the worst in the Industry. At all costs stay away from these LIARS. They will waste your time with every conceivable excuse to delay and by the time you reach step 5 of their 5 steps to settlement you get a sorry we can't help you! Stay away and btw the Google Reviews are posted by employess of the company, BEWARE of Shane McGonnell who by any stretch lacks professionalism and reminds me of a used car salesman except many of those have integrity.

Still waiting on Contracts, what are you hiding Shane! You did nothing to address a 10 year old issue which your due dilligence was a google search. LIAR and then you threaten to publish public information in attempt to embarrass me which is disgusting (They are all posted on Google for everyone to see what a lying self serving person you are).

The response clearly was written by legal counsel to avoid any potential legal action and the intake forms mention nothing of what is contained in response, Shane did a simple internet search and found an article from an old case to use as excuse to pull their offer. So much unprofessionalism amazes me, all documents posted on Google for trasparency. Just avoid this company!

I must say that Abacus Life Settlement was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone on the staff that I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly!
I have recommended this company to so many people that I know and to many that I do not know but who are patients that I see each time I go for chemo treatments.
The Abacus process was as they told me it would be, no problems no hiccups!
I don’t know what I would have done without the Abacus Settlement because I was so frustrated with financial matters.

At 76 YEARS OF AGE I NO longer needed life insurance because the kids were grown and on their own.
a friend told me to call Abacus life settlements to see if they would buy my policy. It was a 100.000 term life policy. I called and talked to Garett Lipnicky He asked me a few questions to see if I qualified.It worked out very well. Garett stayed with me thru the whole process. Answered my questions,returned my phone calls and made sure all the paper work was in the right order.I was very happy with the settlement and 5stars to Garett Lipnicky for the help and patience I received. Great Company .
