Svindel

Increase rent without your approval. We moved in 2018 at that time rent was 8000 all inclusive but now 12000+. They increase rent every 3-6 months which is not acceptable. If you try to talk then they have very good excuse that all are paying the same so you have to pay (just a typical danish excuses). I don't care about others nobody will pay my rent. My main door was damaged by someone and they have changed after 3 years. My recommendation is not take any Apartment from Århus Omegn. Totally fraud company and they are good to steal money from customers pocket.
