Horrible service. Do not purchase from this store. They take your money from an order and never end up sending your merchandise. They are also horrible at answering emails and taking accountability for their lack of service and communication.

I was a customer of Aakasha for years. The quality and service have deteriorated drastically. My sweater looked terrible after just one wash. The material pills a lot, and you really shouldn't sweat in it – it feels very unpleasant against the skin. I sent one item back and never heard from them again. The clothes are no longer worth the money.

The AAKASHA shop is a total scam. First the quality and cloth cut is not up to the price but mostly AAKASHA never reimbursed me. I have sent back both dresses and are acting purposely dumb when I contact them with
1. delivery proof from DHL
2. multiple email sent to customer service
3. chat avoiding any of my respond

You pretend the only way of contacting is via chat (why do you have a customer email address, which confirm your will reply to?). You promise to get back to me never did. You are acting like it is impossible to retrieve information when I did send proof of delivery, emails and order number.

I have lost not only money but on top of it delivery cost.

Stay away from this scam company. The Truspilot rating speak for itself.

I send back 3 products that were yoo large.
They did not make the refund, they do not aswer emails.
A lady Veronica answered my emails trying to send back spalier products instead money. But the products were very low quality, so I requested money back.

I was scammed by Aakash of very low quality stuff. The company does not accept returns. Items are not as pictured. it's all polyester.

The company sends items not as described. The materials are synthetic and of poor quality. They do not accept returns. There were different return terms. They promised to send a courier and refund money and now they offer a coupon. I do not want to exchange because your things are poor for such money.

Misleading, dishonest, rude, arrogant, poor quality finishing - not even any sort of hem on skirt. Too expensive and unpleasant to bother with this horrible company

I have made several purchases with them and I am so happy with all the items that I bought, the fabric extremely good quality and the customer service is very nice. all their packages are lovingly wrapped and that does make a difference in the purchasing experience. The delivery is very quick considering that I live in another country. I will buy from them again for sure!

I ORDERED TWO TOPS, SPENDING CLOSE TO 200.00 AND UPON RECIEVING THEM WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH POOR QUALITY OF FABRIC AND TOPS THEMSELVES. I CONTACTED THE SELLER SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THE REFUND PROCEDURE AND NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE. I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF MY PURCHASE AND TREATMENT ME AS A CUSTOMER. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVICE ANYBODY FROM PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THAT COMPANY TO SAVE THEMSELVES MONEY AND TIME.

To the user back in 2020 who was enamored by the hearts and waste of paper from this seller, that is not what customer service is about. This seller is a horrible designer, rude, obnoxious, sarcastic and I will be complaining to the BBB. She gets mad and becomes combative when a flaw in the design is pointed out, there are several flaws. She basically just needs to fix the issue promptly, shut up and stop harassing the clients via email by trying to get the last word with sarcasm. If you are in the US, don't bother because you will ten have to pay to ship back to her as the "shipping is free from her". Horrible customer service and she does everything to delay the return of the money. If you see her on Etsy or anywhere else run.
