Hi Judith, we sent these out on a next working day service exactly as you paid for, unfortunately we have absolutely no control over courier problems which sadly happened on this occasion. It can happen at any time, even more so at this time of the year when their services are stretched to the limit, any online company can experience the exact same issue. We processed the refund within minutes of your original phone call, but unless we're told about problems how would we know to check.

Great product, brillliant customer service
I have ordered from A4 Labels many times and it's always been a seamless experience and the labels are great quality.
Today I found I had to enquire, using the online chat, about some labels that hadn't arrived in over a week (they normally arrive really quickly, actually turns out the problem was postal service).
Not only was I talking to a real person on the chat, rather than a bot that never actually manages to answer your question, but the customer service was brilliant. I actually had someone to chat to who wanted to help, which seems to be surprisingly unusual in many other businesses.
First rate customer service, thank you!
