Appreciated the patience whilst our luggage took Stansted airport an hour to get onto the belt - Driver 56.

, my daughter and her 6 friends had booked a taxi from hawick morrisons to galasheils , and it was booked for 3.30am, my daughter then got a phone call of the taxi at 2.30am and they said l, they didn't have any vans left and that we would have to pay for 2 taxis which would come to £110, and before that when my daughter booked it at 12pm the day before they said that was all fine and it would cost £50-70 which they all brought money to hawick to makeup to £70 as they were told and they were at a friends house then this procided to my daughter and her friends being stranded in hadick for 2 and half hours, before i got woken up at 5am to come pick them up from hawick and woke up to ten missed calls this has distributed my family and everything and woke my kids up and bearing in mind i had work at 7am this morning this is shocking service from this taxi and anytbing could have happened to they kids absolutely shocking behaviour... 0 stars
