I just got my Hyundai solar panels from this store and am really happy with the overall experience! The support team was extremely helpful, the delivery took about a week and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them!

Read reviews here and thankful that I decided to pay with a credit card and not wire or Zelle so I can easily cancel.

I've been tracking a pallet of panels for weeks. Finally was able to place the order today. Found out a few hours later by the agent that the panels are out of stock.

Not good user experience.

They do have an agent that helps you through the process which is nice. Not nice to design a solar system with panels in mind and then find out those panels don't exist.

Again the listing has been up for at least three weeks. It's not a case of they just were sold.

Also I had to use a platform called Sumsub to verify my identity which involved photos of my driver's license and a picture of myself. That's odd. Further oddity is that the business address is mapped to some rich suburb in Florida. Not a warehouse or business district.

I'm sure some people are able to get panels from this company, but there's just a few questionable things that would make me uneasy.

Definitely use a credit card to pay even if cash gives you a 4% discount. For me, the peace of mind to be able to cancel freely is worth it.

I purchased a pallet of Canadian Solar 545W in November and after much headache and contacting them every day after two weeks had to cancel (hopefully I get refunded). First the website said 30 panels to a pallet then they changed it to 35 and I had to pay extra then they sent me an invoice and taxed me double. Then after a week (when I could have been getting panels elsewhere) finally said they were not in stock. I don't write reviews but to others buying solar, y 'all tend to be good people. Buyer beware with this site.

Panels were sold at an incredible clearance price. Purchase and pickup went very smoothly, aside from being notified after initial purchase that the original pickup location (Oceanside) didn't have the panels in stock that were listed on the website. I ended up picking up from a location farther away (Fontana). The man at the pickup warehouse helped me put the panels in my Dodge Durango one by one since it wasn't possible to drop the pallet in directly. The Trina solar panels look excellent quality but I haven't connected or tested yet. From my experience so far, I do recommend A1 Solar Store and they are rated well by BBB and TrustPilot!

Payed for the panels on website they kept pulling the pickup date 3 times, each time saying they will be ready for pick up, and locking in the pick update. Went to a local solar shop and picked up what I needed before this whole thing was over. Wasted more time and days off with these muppets. Stay away or you will be on here writing a review. Wish i checked here first before all this went down.

Very smooth transaction, had to drive 4 hours to get to the closest distribution center, but everything was ready for me when I arrived so less than 5 minutes for the pick up.

Close location, fast service and the panels perform as advertised. Great.

Easy purchasing process, great products at great prices. I was apprehensive about buying solar products myself for my home solar generator needs, but they made it as simple as could be. Order, schedule an appointment, and pickup your products from local distributor. Easy!

Called the warehouse the day before to schedule an early pickup the next morning. Kelly and the crew helped to load the solar panels adding cardboard in places where my vehicle might get damaged. Beautiful facility. . . really nice people. Now to hook these up!

I ordered the panels on line, and picked them up locally. The price was great and pick up painless( it helps it you have a truck that can take a 4x8 pallet)

Great deal, smooth order, and clear pick-up directions.

Super sketchy. After having placed an order, then filled out an extra form they emailed, now they want BIOMETRIC information to complete even a relatively small order.

They are throwing around phrases like "part of our commitment" and "to protect your identity", which makes absolutely no sense - if anything it exposes personal information.

Ended up NOT purchasing. Too sketchy. Their website and payment methods ended up being emailed "account" information. Did not feel secure responding to their request of my bank routing and account number.
Hard to reach representatives, little English spoken, and obvious they had very little knowledge of their own system.

I am a relatively newbe to the solar camp. Done a lot of experiments, etc.

I do really appreciate your flow and system for getting good products out there -- to improve our lives.

My experience today taking delivery on on of your offerings was stellar. Good friendly folks I could joke with. It is all part of life.

Communication was great and pick up from distribution center was outstanding as the guys loaded the stuff into my vehicle. Solar panels were in tip top shape with no damage. I will definitely do business with this company again.

Good price but the process thereafter was lacking.

The items listed as being in inventory were two weeks late. The warehouse didn't know anything about my order the first time I called. I had to coordinate between A1 and the warehouse. I had to call A1 to get the proper order details to give to the warehouse, instead of A1 doing their job and handling it. I didn't even get paid for being their customer service rep on the deal. ;) The order was not ready or put on a pallet after I called the second time before arriving. A1 sounds like the support desk is someone on a cell phone. I asked 4 times for a quote on mounting hardware and never received it.

A1 is likely a virtual reseller and I believe just an online store. Try shopping the local commercial electrical supply shops.

The two people that were present at the warehouse were very pleasant and loaded the solar panel pallet with a fork lift and placed it perfectly and gently on my trailer. Their help was greatly appreciated!!

Was worried about a scam as prices were so good for just 6 panels, but the experience has been beyond expectations. Clockwork. Simple process, fast responses and follow up.
Took 5 minutes to load panels. This is the real deal! Hope to do this again in the near future. Thank you A1 Solar Store!
