Avoid this Fraudulent Criminal trader.
(Also trading as "Myshowplates.com" and "Platesmade.com")
Ordered plates shorter length, but with Standard size letters to ensure legality.
Plates arrived stamped with BS AU 145e and the postcode JE4 8SH to prove they comply with the law.
MOT tester has failed my car, as the letters they in fact used are not Standard, but are too short, despite them marking the plates with the BS AU 145e as their guarantee of legal compliance.
Owner has refused refund and has refused to give his address, then went to ground and refused to answer any emails at all.
Our solicitor has had to do searches to finally locate him, and is now issuing a Summons against him in the County Court for fraudulent misrepresentation, and is reporting him to Trading Standards.

Nice numberplate. Ordered fittings only to find yellow. Green white and black screw caps. Really needed blue to fix on blue side of plates ? Why green???. Great price quick service

I wanted to replicate a Ford dealers name and 'Ford ovals' onto the bottom of the plate as per the original 40 year old plates, this was done perfectly. I have used A1 Showplates for quite a number of years now. Very satisfied

Good quality plate and fast delivery. Make sure you get the spacing right however. The website is very clear about what you type is what you get.

I change my motorbikes regularly and the first thing I change is the number plate. I’ve used A1 for my last four bikes and every plate has been perfect.

Do not use this company, sent me plates that did not look anything like the description which it states they will. Awful coms and they don't want to know after they have your money.
Had to get Paypal to intervene otherwise they would of totally ignored me.
Also will only refund you if you send back the plates which will be thrown away and the cost is huge as its international shipping.
Just playing games with people sent me the wrong postcode also.
Very Poor Avoid

Awful customer service. They delaminated in 15 months. Clearly not fit for any form of outdoor use. They replied saying they are guaranteed for a year. So they expect people to change their plates yearly. Very poor customer service and a poor quality product. Fine getting the plates when they arrive but just see how long they last. Very disappointing. You’ve been warned.
