Communication could be better
I’d heard good things about A1 Buses, but unfortunately our experience was quite frustrating. It took almost two months to get a quote after our initial enquiry, despite chasing them up multiple times and being promised callbacks that never came. When we finally did receive a quote and went to pay the deposit, we were then told there might not be a driver available due to other contracts and availability issues.
This is something I feel should have been checked before offering a quote, especially after such a long wait. We’ve had very little in the way of apology or explanation, which I found disappointing and frankly, unprofessional.
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I hope this feedback helps A1 Buses improve their communication and booking system going forward.
