Ordered from A1 decoys to Ireland waiting with the last 2 weeks for delivery contacted them last week they say it would be hear Tuesday just gone and still no sign of my package wouldn’t ordered stuff off A1 again too much hassle and a massive customs charge for the stuff I ordered

Ordered from A1Decoy as they had the best price for the item I wanted. There was an issue with the delivery and I made them aware straight away and within 24hrs I had received the item I had purchased and the issue was resolved.
With any company you are going to get mistakes but it’s how they are dealt with that’s important and a1decoy couldn’t have handled it better.
Will 100% use them again.

Good price. Correct product as described. Delivered promptly. Will use again.

Cannot fault the service I received or the quality of the products purchased.

Great trustworthy service, brought batch of sample pellets, larer in day i realised that I forgot another brand, so i reorder it. The next day I had a postage refund as they added it to original order. Not many companies would do this. I also ordered from A1 a Primros shooting stick, all good, both products came before due date, many thanks A1

I bought a set of Walkers Razor ear defenders. They were great value and came with a free carry case.
Shipping was also free and they still arrived within two days.
Great service and a very satisfactory purchase.

Had to return my first order Apex Sticks and then chaise the replacements ,They don’t keep you informed even though they say they will and the replacement sticks were no better after I asked them to check them before sending them out will speak to Primos direct for advice on what to do .

First and last time i wish to use this company. I purchased a shooting stand and clamp at the British shooting show and was told they had just run out of stock at the show but had plenty of stock in the warehouse and would issue it out the same day and would be with me Monday latest Tuesday. I asked are you sure as i was shooting the following weekend, the sales person assured me. On the following Monday i received a email from A1 decoy saying it had been dispatched to shop courier. I had been following up with them now after a week for being told its being dispatched to find out they don't have stock and cannot confirm when they will have! I asked them why they had emailed me saying its been dispatched and would not give me a response, they could have had the manners to have contacted me and said there was a challenge, but nothing! Don't trust them as its a Decoy:( If they had been honest i would have canceled and then ordered from another company instead of having my weekend ruined from not have my needed tools.

Rapid delivery. Good quality product

Ordered a Hamilton gun stand , I’ve been waiting for the 54” version to come back into stock for a while now , chose the Leather version, excellent service by A1 Decoys , Item arrived very quickly and well packaged, I’m yet to use the stand , but most of shooting friends have them , so do not foresee any problems , first time using A1 , but definitely not the last , great service.

I have now bought two sets of decoy ducks, they look that real my dog tried chasing them away :)
Very easy company to deal with, good prices and speedy Royal Mail delivery

ISO ear defenders arrived on time for a shooting trip up to Northumbria. They worked perfectly, I could hear the beaters, birds being flushed and great noise suppression when the shooting started, very happy.

Looks good! Pity it wont fit in a standard car boot but simple and well made!
