If I could give no stars I would- they are everything that is wrong with online shopping.

They will send you the complete wrong thing and ignore you.

Only way is a chargeback which should tell you enough.

They make great shoes, but if you deal with them be warned they are worse than a Chinese scam website with how they deal with loyal clients.

You have been warned.

Absolute scam of a company, awful customer service. Bought a pair or Jordan 4 Dark Mocha. They turned up faulty as they havent been made correctly. The inside lining was overlapped and coming away so you cant wear them as it digs into your feet. Emailed them, chased them, even when they admitted they were faulty had nothing back. They just dont care. Dont use them dont spend your money with them. Look at the other reviews!!!! Avoid eveything about them

I hit, but the payment link they send you will NOT accept your payment details even though you have sufficient funds, for 15 minutes I kept entering my details. Having more than enough to buy multiple pairs. Thensite kept refusing my details. Now I missed out and they will not allocate me anything and said theres nothing they can do.

Charming.

Never am I using this bullshit business. Ill just pay double or triple at reseller like a tw@t and they'll have lost out. 🤷🏽‍♂

Their online platform and customer service are horrible. Had items refunded after payment on two orders (I had ordered 16 items in one order and had 15 cancelled/refunded and they refused to cancel the order for the 1 remaining item- I did not want to pay shipping for 1 t shirt) I submitted last week with no explanation or apologies given. Contacting customer service is basically pointless as they will brush off your concerns and act like they are doing you a favor for the bare minimum service. In person have had wonderful experiences in store but would never recommend buying from them online

If you think you're gonna win a raffle here,think again. The owner been back dooring high end drops for years. Nike don't care. Stop spending money with people like this.

Would not recommend – terrible customer service.

Before purchasing a pair of shoes, I contacted their customer service to confirm sizing, as they don’t offer refunds and charge a 20% restocking fee. I was told that the men’s size was equivalent to a women’s size 8.5, but the shoes I received were actually equivalent to a women’s size 8, stated on the box.

When I reached out to exchange them, I was told I’d have to pay the 20% restocking fee plus return shipping and processing costs — totaling over $50 — just to correct a mistake based on their own sizing advice. I tried to be proactive to avoid issues, but due to their inaccurate guidance and rigid policies, I’m now stuck with shoes that don’t fit. Extremely disappointing experience.

Garbage customer service. Order limited shoes on 3/29/25. Received a text confirming order. Inquired on 4/1/25 as to whether I could add my email to the order to better manage it. They replied that they could not find my order. I forwarded all pertinent details including name, address, order number, amount, etc. 3 times. Still waiting for a reply. Called Amex to dispute charge as this company makes great collabs with Jordan but have horrible customer service. Charged me and cannot find my order. Absolute garbage.

Shocking! No print to say duty and tax not including in the already extortionate shipping fee when purchasing transparency not hiding the information in t&c you need to go looking for, we would not have purchased as makes the item more expensive than shopping local. Hit with a £69 bill from fedex after paying £70 to them for shipping would assume this was included.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Sam thing as the guy below me. I ordered the AMM4s. They provided me with a FedEx tracking number, but 20 days after not receiving my package, I emailed them. They miraculously gave me a new tracking number which stated delivered but I could see in the delivered image that it was not my door - it was also delivered with about 7 boxes of dog food. I don’t have a dog. They said FedEx were going to conduct an investigation. Now several weeks later I have been told that it was delivered to the correct address and I won’t be getting my refund. Literally like throwing money into a fire. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AMM AGAIN!!!!

I will never buy here again.
I bought on 20 september the jordan 4 “while you where sleeping” and its still not shipped.
I send a mail and they answerd really fast and said if i had no news by 4th of october i have to let them know.
So no surprise i never received any news about my order or shipping. So i mailed them again like 2 mails and created a new mail for the support but till today still no news or info about my order of shipping!

What a bad service is that for such a big company!

Update on 15 October: order has been cancelled. Will never ever buy on this website again. Now I can buy the shoes on resell price 😡

I doubt will be purchasing from them again.
I purchased a $225 shoe, had to pay for shipping which would've been free from Nike, and waited 2 weeks, when it would've been 2 days with Nike. Little to no communication on their end after the purchase went through. All of that just to get a scuffed shoe that cost me over $250.

Contacting them after I received my shoe was another chore. They make it almost impossible to reach them, so I had to be persistent. Provided proof of the scuffing and these people took their sweet time just to tell me the pictures don't qualify the shoe as "damaged". They quoted the "each shoe is different" disclaimed. Coloring? Maybe. Scuffed when it was being handled on their end? Nah.

In August, I purchased a pair of shoes on the website. Since it hadn't been shipped after more than 10 days, I requested a refund. The seller agreed to the refund, but I still haven't received it. When I follow up via email, I only get automated responses.

This has to be one of the worst shopping experiences ever. While the website and products are legit, the shipping costs are absurdly high - for Europe it was somewhere in the region of 60 USD, and that was without taxes. I ended up going with an US-based reshipper, but still had to pay 16 USD for shipping.
Their customer service is awful, they answer only to certain emails, don’t know how they decide which one needs their attention.
The order for Jordan 4 While You Were Sleeping (I think they’re still sleeping) was placed on the 20th of September and today, on the 29th, I still have no news. Nor can I see the order in my account.
I’ve been in the sneaker game for a while now and dealt with the issues of a small store having a wider release, but never this bad. I was pretty excited about the pair and the story behind it, but that kinda faded away.

Got the AMM 3 in Black and paid around 280 Dollars weich is quite expensive already but when i recieved the package (i live in europe) a Letter from fed ex says that i have to pay around 100 Euro for taxes etc. So if you want to pay more than 160 Dollars for shipping like me go ahead and order here but if you are not out of your mind keep your hands away from this Website. I would say this gets extremely close to Scam even though its legal.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS!! THEY IGNORED MY ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST AND INTENDED TO SHIP MY PARCEL IN WRONG ADDRESS THAT EVENTUALLY GOT STOLEN!!!!

Be very careful if you live in Europe, before buying you should know that this magnificent company charges +$60 in shipping costs but then it does not end here, when the package arrives in the country this company says that the buyer is responsible for the duties and customs ( dear buyer who want a lot) and in the end you end up paying €380 for some A MA MANIERE sneakers, they are cheaper in stockx. I will never buy again
