The YSL range that they stock is fake!
I bought one and sent it back cos it looked and smelled brand new. Poor stitching of the inner lable meant that white stitches where visible on the outside back. Faint white mark surrounding the entire logo (probably from the manufacturing stage). The material was also thinner and not good quality. They also continued to sell the same sweater online as if they had more than one.. rare YSL sweaters like this are hard to find..it's unlikely that they sourced two of the same size and colour.
They denied that it was fake and gave me a full refund for it but I still had to spend £8.00 to send it back via tracked post and waste my time too.

No refunds!

Conclusion: My order never arrived and I have not (yet) received my money back.

I contacted 97th Vintage 1 month after my order and was told that the parcel had been returned. I was told to pay 30 pounds for a reshipment. However, I did not receive any notification that the parcel had arrived or anything.

I contacted the post office using the tracking number. Apparently the error was at the post office. However, I could not get a refund for the return shipment, only 97th Vintage as the customer. I therefore described exactly how they would get the refund. No sign of life since then. I have claimed the transaction back from Paypal. Without success so far.

Never again!
