I loved the style of the jacket I ordered! The app is very well organized and has a lot of details which I find very helpful. They have the sizing of the pieces written out and have close up photos of any imperfections the clothes might have. I had no problem with shipping and loved how easy it was to track it.

I was not absolutely sure of my granddaughters size but the Nike Hoody was one of her favorite tops. 97th Vintage had several but I chose a small ladies in black. Well I am the best Granddad in the world she was very happy with her birthday gift, I was delighted because it fitted perfectly. I have in the past bought my grandson a Miami Dolphins hoodie and sweatshirt so I know the quality get the size right and I am the best and so is 97th.

Very fair prices on outstanding items, fast delivery and great service. 10/10!

It took a week from them to ship my order, but besides that everything went perfect. The clothes came exactly as the photos showed.

I AM EXTREMELY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED TO PUT IT MILDLY.

I bought a fendi bag from here before and the purchase and everything was plain sailing. This time was the complete opposite- they sent me the tracking number for my item however it said it had been delivered but nothing is to show at my property or anywhere to be seen.

I then asked them some questions regarding delivery and they have blocked me on Instagram!!! something is very suspect this time and it’s really
Made me lose trust for them and respect as a company.

I then proceeded to contact them on Facebook but they have gone and blocked me again!

There is still no bag to show and with myself 200 pounds short

Ordered a Burberry bucket hat arrived 3/4 days later nice item as described, very happy with the service

Item came zip was broke - contacted them and they sorted it out within good time! Would recommend

I purchased a sweater from this online shop. It arrived with multiple holes despite the product advertised as 'very good condition'.

I sent pictures of the holes to the company upon receiving. Their exact response was:

'Sorry to hear we did not notice these pulls, which is common on materials like these. Unfortunately we would not be able to offer anything for this'.

I then replied asking them if they HAD noticed these holes, would it still have been advertised at the same price as 'very good condition'?

I've chased them 3 times on email but they are choosing to ignore me. Terrible customer service and misleading product descriptions.

Unless you like holes in your garms and sheer dishonesty, avoid this company.

PS - they are asking people to provide them with positive TrustPilot reviews in return for discounts.

Really good honest site with great products

Order came in a timely manner, when I emailed customer service they got back to me as soon as they possibly could, item came as described in near mint condition for a vintage item, 10/10.

I placed an order round the start of February 2022 and it's only been scanned once in Frankfurt on February 17 it is March 30 I'm in New Zealand so I had to pay double with the nzd to the pound I've been emailing them about a refund and they told me that they don't give it I have to get it through DHL so I contacted DHL and they said 97th vintage have to start an investigation so I can get my money back that DHL pay them and they have to pay me, but that's not the case 97th vintage is trying to say it's in transit but it hasn't left Frankfurt and hasn't been scanned since feb 17, I just want my money back now I think the out to rip people's money off with these reviews and my own

Just received an order of 3 lovely sweatshirts , which one was way out of size. I spoke to a lovely lad called Jordan on customer services who was extremely kind and helpful and sorted my issues out straight away. I will be back !
